We have a main POC but we have a designated slack channel where multiple people from their team will communicate with us.

They have significantly increased our lead flow and grown sales. Our marketing budget has increased MoM and will continue to do so as they help us scale.

As IntelliGym expands it's brand in the U.S. (company based in Tel Aviv), Ad Toro was hired to help with brand awareness, digital strategies, consultive ad spend models, creative positioning for video and image ads. The goals are to take the current ROAS and conversation rates and improve to number that exceed the last 2 years of efforts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our team felt they understood the brand positioning today for an organization that needs to increase its brand footprint and become more of a sports household name and solution. Ad Toro also understood that most young athletes (or their parents- / coaches) do not know what cognitive sports training even is - after a few conversation, they put together a well thought-out roadmap for launch and continued success for the rest of 2021 (knowing sports are seasonal). They also conveyed their strategies and tactics in easy to understand non-digital languge.

In a down time for youth sports in 2020 and 2021. Since bringing in AdToro, we have seen a nice lift in sales, conversation rates, website traffic.

We receive weekly reports from Ad Toro. After the 1stmonth were we had multiple Zoom calls - we agreed going forward we would schedule calls monthly or as needed - all has worked out favorably and Ad Toro has been flexible in scheduling, especially with the 7 hour time difference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Willingness to work within budgets. Willingness to scale at a manageable rate vs. going to fast just because of some early success. Access to the team very quickly. Good understanding of a unique software product.

Maybe ask for better or more current creative images and videos from IntelliGym.

One of the main challenges we had was telling our story in a way that was digestible to the RIGHT audience. We only take clients with a minimum of 1,000 employees, so targeting was critical.

AdToro has met all my requests (even on the weekends at the last minute). They created an amazing explainer video, their paid campaigns have been bringing in relevant leads, and the website they designed meets our needs.

We have 1 project manager who we go through with all of our requests. This makes it easy because I only have to talk to 1 person and he works within their team to meet our needs.

We've been able to continue to increase our digital advertising budget with them because they continue to hit our KPI (cost/lead) goal. Our SEO appears to be getting better. They deliver an In The News style blog every week that we've seen more subscribers subscribe to.

Communication is terrific. We can contact our POC directly through our Slack channel with them and through email. In the even that we need to hop on a call (which is frequent), they always accommodate swiftly.

We're very happy with them. If i had to be picky, it would be if they were cheaper but I understand that working with a good agency with the level of support we need has a cost.
