Our keyword rankings continuously go up each week & month. We have launched several successful PPC campaigns with Google, LinkedIn, etc. We have a broad selection of SEO-friendly content that continues to drive traffic to our site. Any technical issues are resolved quickly which is important to our team because we are only three people.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AdToro has done a great job. Our big goal is to increase our ROAS, which they’ve done very well. At one point, there were glitches on our website that weren’t AdToro’s fault, making it hard to track metrics.

We track key metrics and reconnect to discuss these every two weeks. AdToro was kind enough not to charge us for the time that we spent figuring out a tracking issue on our end, which is awesome.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d always take more engagement, creativity, and thoughtfulness around my specific company. In general, though, AdToro’s been awesome to work with.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be as educated as you can so you can ask good questions. I don’t know a lot about digital advertising and marketing, so I’ve had to learn from AdToro. If you start to learn the language, you can start the project in work mode rather than learning mode, which will make the results even better.

Adtoro helped create a lead generation campaign for us using Google Ads and Linkedin Display. They managed the campaign and developed all the creative. The campaign resulted in a high quantity and high quality set of leads, all with a very low cost per lead.

• High quantity and quality leads for a low cost per. We went from no leads converting on our site to an abundance. Adtoro was able to take my vision and turn it into a reality and made me look very good to my upper management.

Tyler and Chris tag team our account breaking up the content and Ads between the two of them. Tyler writes the blogs and most of the content, Chris runs the team and manages our budgets for optimization across our campaigns.

For SEO, our site health is now at a 89%, sessions are up 71%, new sessions up 13%, page sessions up 3%, bounce rate is down 9%, average session duration is up 2%. For SEM our impression rate is up over 100%, conversion rate is up 15bps, conversions have doubled, and clicks are up around 30%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is very easy. They have more time than I do to spend on the business and they work with us at our pace. They push us to do more in a very complimentary way.

The attention to detail and their quick response time if we need them to make changes. If we ask them to investigate something that isn't their core they recommend others that we can work with in that particular space. They know what their core is and they don't spread themselves too thin trying to do everything, but what they do they do well.

The fact that our competitors, specifically Ticketmaster & Stubhub, are major long time players in the ticketing space and are essentially synonymous to users. The main challenge will be to gain market share from these companies and establish an initial foothold in the industry. SI Tix would like to raise brand awareness, educate customers about the SI Tix platform, increase site traffic and drive conversions.

Since the SI brand is essentially one of the most iconic brands in sports, we also want to show that SI Tix are able to offer experiences across ALL categories (outside of sports) -- including music and theater. However, we want to accomplish this while leveraging the strength of the SI brand. We interviewed a few digital marketing agencies and we went ahead with AdToro because of their passion and energy. We felt that there was excellent working chemistry. Immediately from the start, Chris and his team were eager to help with everything. They jumped right in and they often feel like a member of our internal marketing team.

AdToro has helped us progress in our most valued KPIs from a digital advertising and organic perspective. On the advertising side, we've broken out our initiatives into two objectives: traffic and conversions.In our traffic campaigns, AdToro has been able to deliver millions of hyper-targeted unique users per month while staying within efficient CPC and CPM parameters.In our conversion campaigns, AdToro has consistently improved our cost/purchase on all channels while scaling up our monthly ad budget.

We have a weekly sync and we often chat throughout the day via Slack. The workflow is very seamless and their team integrated very easily with our internal marketing team.

Our website score went from around a 65% to a 94% in a very short period of time. We are ranking very high (between first and third result on Google) for relevant keywords, and our paid ads campaigns have added multiple deals to our pipeline.

We're very happy with the outcomes we've had so far. One of the biggest changes AdToro made was to our attribution windows. They made the windows smaller, allowing us to really see how effective our media is.

We have weekly meetings to talk about new learnings from the last week and to review the progress of our campaigns. We also have a Slack channel where can communicate as-needed. The AdToro team has also been very open to work with our other marketing vendors and join monthly meetings we host to ensure we're all on the same page and working towards the same goals.

They hold themselves accountable. If we run into any issues, we're able to communicate about it directly to them. And they come to a set of steps moving forward, and AdToro follows that plan very well.
