I’m the owner and CEO of The Oak Development, a residential and commercial remodeling company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adra?

We needed help with lead generation, sales generation, SEO, and digital services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adra has started by taking our brief and showing us how our campaigns would look if we were targeting a specific audience. The team has set up the campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing and runs them. Adra also takes care of the reports and optimization. Additionally, the team has created a couple of high-converting landing pages and helped us improve our SEO.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their transparency and honesty.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adra has improved our cost per lead (CPL). We’ve started generating a lot more sales than before, and our SEO placement has improved. Our CPL has improved by about 67% compared to our previous agency, and our conversion rate has improved by ~25%. Before Adra took over, if we searched for “the oak development,” we wouldn’t appear in the search placements unless we put a lot more keywords than just “the oak development” or “the oak contractors.”

How did Adra perform from a project management standpoint?

Adra delivers on time and always communicates with us no matter the topic. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It really feels like a white glove service. I know that Adra has a few other clients, but they always treat us like we’re their priority. Anytime we need a call, a meeting, or a report within a few minutes or a couple of hours, we’re either on calls, on meetings, or getting our reports. Their transparency has been key since the beginning of the relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

There are always corrections and thing to improve, but in this case we managed to do it on the fly. So no, we have no concerns. Everything asked was fixed when and if needed
