What specific goals or objectives did you hire actsupport to accomplish for your automotive business?

We needed support for our server setup and web server complex setup, which involved OS, Plesk, mail server, and further detailed tuning up regarding security and email reputation building.

What was the scope of their involvement?

actsupport provided us with VPS and VDS server support for our ERP server software, website, and mail server. We had more than 10 VPS servers serving our business, and actsupport was always very active and swift towards setting up new servers and resolving server security issues.We recently finished setting up a new server, migrating from the old one. actsupport handled the setup from scratch, including Windows 2025, Plesk Obsidian, and SmarterMail as a mail server. They also handled other complex server setups like Cloudflare.actsupport installed the basic OS 2025 server data center and then configured and installed Plesk. They also configured and installed SmarterMail and all its security features. actsupport protected all servers (web, mail, and FTP ports) with SSL. They also installed and configured IPBan Pro and configured domains hosted on the same VPS but forwarded to different VDS via Cloudflare.
