The ultimate goal was to match the founders passion.

The team, led by the creative director, delivered with a flying last lap to the pole position. The team not only stretched their backs out to ensure the final result was as per expectation, but also ensured timely escalations and interventions to ensure final deliverables.

You walk not a BSchool class room thinking and with that swag presuming that you are the smartest kid on the block. Your the teachers favourite, and you think you know it all and you alone have the depth to understand all there is to it in minute detail. Relatable..? But, a sudden slam, up goes a hand, the guy back there is watching you silently, a guy you hardly notice, but one fine day he get up - delivers - sits down, and all you can do is drop dead to the floor.

What he’s delivered, is far more that you can ever think. He epitomizes the depth of understand and imbibing the essence of the topic you feel only you can ace . Yes, he’s the Creative Director of Aarts. Most impressive. The way the team followed each process and guideline laid down is most unique. People add value, processes get results and repeatedly

I would have liked the team to be more agile. The level at which they perform, the team must strive to achieve excellence and get closer to expectations with preceding calls rather than being incremental.

We were extremely satisfied with the outcomes provided by them in every aspect of rebranding and repositioning. We were able to expand our reach and position ourselves as the leading company in the industry, the website has come up beautifully and we are about to make it live soon.

We had brainstorming sessions with Aarts to discuss the brand positioning, goals and values. After that there was regular communication with their team (usually once a week) for website and marketing materials. Communication and delivery were timely, and all communication happened over email.

I’m running a multispecialty hospital called “Pramila Hospital & IVF Center.” We offer advanced laparoscopic services. I’m a gynecologist, laparoscopic surgeon, and fertility specialist, and I’m the hospital's founder.

We wanted help with branding for the hospital. We needed a logo that would stay in people’s memories and positively impact our marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aarts Creative Consultancy provided branding, naming, and logo design services. They designed all our stationery and online materials, and they consulted us on formatting, print sizes, and so on. We gave them content.

They proposed a green and pink color scheme. I didn’t like it at first, but they explained that green expressed hospitality, while pink is associated with fertility, which is my field.

I was in contact with five people, including Aashirwad (Chief Creative Officer) and a coordinator.

We started working with them in March 2020. We launched the hospital in September 2020, and the design was completed in August of that year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very prompt, and their creations are unique. They do research and come up with their own ideas instead of copying designs from the web. I think that the designs Aarts Creative Consultancy gave me are the best in the market.

They gave us suggestions, but they didn’t impose their point of view, and they always listened to us. I could always choose something I was happy with from the options they gave me.

How did Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I worked with their coordinator, and I shared ideas with the team through a WhatsApp group. Because of the lockdown, most of our meetings were through WhatsApp and phone calls, and designs were shared online only. Aarts Creative was prompt in giving us inputs. The coordinator was assigned to our project only, and she served as a link between the rest of the team and us.

They would sometimes need to push us to deliver some materials, but they were never late themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We worked together during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I can’t blame them for this, but we had no in-person meetings aside from the first one, from before we assigned them the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It will help if you have a clear idea of what you want. In our case, there was a lot of time wasted coming up with the initial ideas.

We searched for different service providers and created a shortlist of 3 vendors after discussion with each one of them and reviewing their work. We asked for proposal from all 3 companies and decided to go ahead with Aarts primarily for

As agreed during the proposal phase, we had series of meetings focused on understanding and discussing our concept, business objectices, target market etc. Aarts had well defined template to capture all the inputs.

Susbequent to discovery phase, Aarts delivered logo prototypes and we had brand name sessions in parallel. Once logo design and brand name was finalised, we discussed and finalised landing page which was designed and delivered in collaboration model.

Aarts was responsible for all content generation while we provided regular inputs and feedback on the content.

We had a Project Manager and designer assigned from Aarts during the discovery and Brand creationg phase.

Subsequently, for each activity we were in direct contact with the person responsible for design and delivery. Aarts chief creative officer was involved and accessible through the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• we got positive feedback on the logo and landing page design from our immediate network and potential clients
• we still have to measure the success in terms of conversions as we are running the campaigns
• overall engagement was as expected and as set out during proposal and discovery phase with gaps fixed quickly and collaboratively.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were in direct contact with the persion responsbile for particular design element which avoided any delays or gaps in communication. There were regular meetings/discussion over zoom/whatsapp/mails to ensure there are no gaps.

Aarts used templates to capture inputs and requirements which helped us in articulating our ideas, objectives and requirements

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Throughout the project, Aarts demonstrated their knowledge and experience of working with a startup brand. Their team was patient to explain us the technical components.

However the biggest positive was the flexibility shown by Aarts. Not even once we had to go to the contract on what was agreed vs what is being asked/delivered.

Another reason why we would engage with them again was the accessibility of their key contact throughout the project -this was most helpful.

we are overall satisfied with their work. During the proces, we did feel some things could be different (for example - involving us at all stages of design process) but the end result demostrated their experience and benefits of approach taken.

I’m pretty impressed with how they’ve delivered. The first draft was outstanding. There was no question that they put a lot of thought into designing it. It just made sense, and it clicked with us straight away.

Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. has done a lot of good for us. Our company is recognized in the market, and we get calls from people wanting to buy into our franchise opportunity. We have everything in place now, but we’ll reach out to them if we have a new idea in the future.

It’s hard to put a metric on a creative, but their team reached the results we expected. Our brand name is more recognizable to both end clients and wholesale ones. We also feel better about our brand now. It’s eye-catching and enables us to grow. From this perspective, it was a very successful project.

How did Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

I always got timely responses from Ash, and he was upfront about the process and what needed to be done. He walked me through gathering ideas and materials. They stuck to the timeline they gave us, and we never had to chase them.

Google Hangouts was our preferred communication channel, and they were quite responsive. We also used email. I’m not sure how they operate internally. They may use Basecamp or a similar system.

The communication and project management were smooth, and I have no complaints. It was obvious that they had complete experience with the process. Even though we’re in Poland and they’re in India, it didn’t feel like they were so far away. We could reach out to them like they were locals.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their creativity. Every company that offers rebranding should have the ability to offer something unique that will differentiate the client from other businesses. Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. was able to do it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their prices could be less expensive, but they did deliver what we asked for on time and within budget. Nothing else really comes to my mind in terms of improvements. We felt that we were in control of the project.

They had a dedicated person who would call us, so it was never a randomly chosen contact. The way they dealt with us as a client was good and well managed. They communicated everything properly. We didn’t use any tools, but they were always proactive about any questions.
