I needed support with branding and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aarts Creative did brand development and positioning, logo design, and web development. For the brand, they assisted with color schemes, collateral, and more. 

The website the team built allows users to book a chef to be online for a requested period of time for them. They used art for some videos and animations, as well as social media.

I had one main point of contact for the branding project as well as one for the website build. They each had a team of 5-6 people working on their respective aspects of the project.

I searched online for companies in their area because I knew there were several local brand developers. Aarts Creative was responsive from the start, and I felt they were the best fit out of the candidates.

We’ve spent more than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around November 2019, and it is ongoing. They are doing operational things, but the major portion of the project wrapped up in May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Overall, everything was top notch. Aarts Creative found the most applicable solutions, and I’m very satisfied. We use Google Analytics, as well as other tools for tracking bookings and orders on a daily basis.

How did Aarts Creative Consultancy perform from a project management standpoint?

The team did very well with communication and availability. We used Google Meets, G Suite Solutions, and other tools. They were always readily available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They contributed at every step of the process. The team worked hard to understand the concept so they could help and make suggestions along the way. They implement ideas well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their project management could’ve been better at times, probably due to the size of the project.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt Ltd?

We were looking for someone to help us rebrand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did our whole rebranding for us. They also took care of our logo design, manual, all of the stationery for the brand, website design, and all the materials we use in-store such as packaging, pictures, advertisements, and other things. Our online ordering system was also done by them.

Our logo was the main turning point for us and it was more of an old style. They were able to incorporate our legendary product into the logo. It is quite creative and a very international standard logo. We have a legacy that is 64 years old and they created a whole history wall which we keep in the store.

We dealt directly with Aashirwad (Director). He has a team of five or six people working behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt Ltd?

We got in touch with a few people. Aashirwad shared some ideas with us as to what could be done regarding the brand. We chose to go with them because of the way he got what our brand was about. He studied our brand and the presentation he gave us really clicked with us.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $32,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

It was around December 2015, and it took us around five or six months to get the whole thing done. We finished the work in June 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

To be honest, they are brilliant, and the team is perfect. Aashirwad gets things done immediately. The way they present the work is great. We have been totally happy with them.

We wanted to expand at that time, and we weren’t getting many franchisee options. When we rebranded, it got us a lot of new franchisees. Before we changed the branding, we had 60 stores. Since the rebrand, we now have over 100 stores. It is easier to sell the business now. Because of the design and brand logo, the customer experience has totally changed, and it is way better now.

We sell tubs of ice cream in stores as well and we have been able to sell a lot now because of the beautiful packaging. 

How did Aarts Creative Consultancy Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We first started with the logo and then moved onto the packaging and other things. They then worked on the history wall and the rest of the store interior, as well as the branding for our stores. The website and online ordering went hand in hand. They did most of the work before the deadline. We don’t have any complaints in that regard.

Communication was good. We were in contact regularly. I deal with the marketing and I take care of every little thing so we were in touch quite a lot during the whole process through email and phone.   

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is impressive. Aashirwad really works a lot with the designs and puts a lot of action into all of these things. He thinks a lot about it and creates a few options.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really because they are quite good at what they do. We’re totally satisfied with what they had done. We have been very successful with what we have done since the rebranding so it has been a plus for us.

Give them the know-how of the brand as well as other things related to the brand so they can get the best out of it. They will do the whole rebranding process really nicely for you.

We needed someone to design and create a brochure for the Indian Institute of Management, Indore

What was the scope of their involvement?

After I connected with their team, they prepared our placement brochure for us. Our goal was to create an extraordinary brochure that stands out from the crowd and attracts recruiters.

The brochure was set to be around 45 to 50 pages. We wanted to have an appealing cover page and include details on the available college curriculum, policies, and facilities. We also wanted an area that displayed messages for various faculty and students. It also included a space for statistics and picture galleries.

Aashirwad (Director) was our main contact, and we had a team of about five people.

I knew Aashirwad personally because both of us worked together at the same company. I knew that he was a great designer that was committed to the work. Because our placement brochure was a very critical thing for the institute, I felt that this company would be the best fit.

The project lasted a month between May–June 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality was very nice, and it helped us have more companies visit the college for placements. After seeing our placement brochures, a lot of colleges approached us about creating their own brochures.

It was handled superbly. We never had to run after them for any deliverables, and they were quite responsive. We used email and phone calls to communicate. As students, we weren’t allowed to use any other particular applications.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to make ordinary things extraordinary! Their out-of-the-box thinking for design makes them stand out. We also collected various placement brochures, and we found that they broke all of the conventional ideas without us asking them.

The team created a very deep and meaningful concept in which they presented the diversity of our working professionals. That cover design set a new trend and benchmark for other colleges.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. We enjoyed working with them, and they exceeded our expectations.

Trust them, and they would do miracles. Don't interfere too much in their work, for they are the masters of what they do.
