Krazimo has been one of the best consulting firms we have worked with. Working with them is like working with ft employees. They have the skills they say they do (which is difficult to find in consulting marketplaces), and are procedural and very clear without slowing down the work. They're also very willing to learn during the process, responsive to new developments, APIs, or frameworks, which is particularly useful and needed when working on AI applications during which there are many releases every week and features may require updating. They also have a lot of stamina in terms of project length and extension (they have been working with us for several months), can work with other people, can dedicate their focus to you if you have a longitudinal or time sensitive project. They also try to be as accommodating with time zones as possible, still being responsive in the mornings and sometimes during the day despite being in India.My last and final favorite aspect of Krazimo's consulting service is the honesty of their developers. They're transparent about when they can and can't do something and take any potential reputational harm from not delivering on what they should very seriously, making them very easy to work with because they try to avoid overpromising and underdelivering, which I hate.

Krazimo was started in 2023 by Akhil and Mridul, senior engineers from Google working on AI applications at Workspace. We work with businesses around the world implementing custom AI solutions that actually work.

We never take on more than 10 projects! Our team is small and selected among people we’ve worked with at Google.

Yes. Krazimo is GDPR certified. Beyond certification, we architect for compliance by default. Every project includes strict access controls, data segmentation by role, audit trails, and secrets management via AWS Secrets Manager with automatic credential rotation. We follow least-privilege IAM policies and never hardcode credentials. For healthcare clients, we design systems with HIPAA-aligned data handling in mind, including secure data pipelines, controlled access, and structured logging. For clients with additional regulatory obligations, we build with data minimization, access controls, and clear data boundaries from day one.

We start with a discovery call to understand the problem, not just the requirements. From there we define scope, agree on milestones, and set up a shared workspace with weekly progress reports. Clients have direct access to the engineers doing the work, not account managers. We move fast — most projects have working code in the first sprint.

We cap active projects at 10. This is a hard limit, not a marketing line. It exists because every engagement is handled by founding-team engineers and we refuse to dilute that. Clients who work with us consistently note the difference in attention and output quality.

We work best on AI projects where the technical bar is high: multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, voice agents, custom AI CRMs, and full-stack AI product builds. We are especially interested in healthcare, legal, fintech, edtech, and enterprise SaaS. If the problem is genuinely complex and the client values engineering quality over the cheapest quote, we want to hear from it.

Krazimo was founded by engineers who left Google to build AI products the right way. Unlike most AI agencies, every engagement is handled by founding-team engineers with Google-level experience in distributed systems and production reliability. We don't prototype: we ship. Our architecture decisions prioritize deterministic, reliable workflows over fragile one-shot agents, and we treat observability, security, and scalability as non-negotiables from day one, not afterthoughts.
