The biggest part of the scope included the development of two main features: 

• Category Gender Split for our website https://www.vertere-berlin.com: We aimed to categorize product cards into male and female products to enhance navigation and user-friendliness. This way, customers can shop more seamlessly and save time during their browsing experience.
• Improved Category Navigation: For category navigation, we enhanced the UX design by adding a navigation menu for the collections, ensuring the highest possible user experience. 
• Speed optimization was one of the primary focuses for the websites, aimed at maintaining the high standard of user experience they had come to expect. That was successfully implemented by the team removing the unnecessary parts of code and adding lazy load for the apps on the website. 
• And the last part was related to the UI fixes that helped us greatly increase the conversion rate. As a result of our mutual project, we "best-of" the most useful menu fixes and support to ensure our smooth website management.

We have a client-oriented system, and DigitalSuirs helped us get a renewed UI/UX design that significantly improved user engagement and conversion rate. Now we can offer our clients services that are best suited to their extensive requirements. Thus, we continue our journey with DigitalSuits of continuous website advancements and innovations.

Almost all the features were delivered on time. If there were any blockers or reasons for postponement, we were promptly informed and made aware of them.

Previously we had worked with an Agency from India, but the agency lacked proper workflow processes and features often were presented "done" with bugs of missing functionality, while coding best practices were completely ignored. DigtalSuits offered proper processes, such as peer code review, QA & project management.
