La Verge is an outsourcing firm based out of India. I am the Co-Founder of the firm.

We wanted to get more leads

How did you select this vendor?

They did a very thorough job to ensure we got leads very soon. We also use their in house tool called GrowthEye that has been an extremely helpful CRM

What was the team composition?

When we started working with them, they were hardly a dozen. Now they seem to have grown to about 80 members if I am not wrong.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tracking the leads through the CRM became very helpful. They thought us a little trick that following up with leads within ten minutes resulted in higher conversions. We tried it and it works like a charm.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They set up a whatsapp group and got us connected with their account manager. Every client is assigned an account manager and all communication is through them. Overall it's been very easy to work with them. They also use another platform called Basecamp that they use for all communication. We have no complaints

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We like how organized they are. They have a dedicated team working for us. We are sent reports every now and then to track our campaign performances. The whole system is very transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they are hesitant to take up more clients. I have had several clients who wanted to work with them but they have had their hands full.

They are very open in collaborations and transperancy is maintained throughout which helps clients to trust them and get their business a boom

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My revenue has increased in the past months and my leads have increased by nearly 7 times thanks to 8 views

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project managers here are very open and collaborative and whole team at 8 views keeps in mind the business and works according to clients need.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge and skill level is tremendous across the whole company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are no areas of improvement as such but they can surely expand through and i wish them the best .
