Really felt like a partner. Never felt they were counting the hours; instead we've all been working towards our shared goal. Alessandro (CTO) has provided great technical leadership, suggestions and support throughout - we have been so pleased to have him on board. The whole team (Nicu, Rares, Alexei, Mihail), are very easy and pleasant to work with, and we're really happy with the outcome, all delivered within budget. We are now moving onto our 2nd product build with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 7code could have done differently?

A little more visibility on design and dev progress against timeline would have been helpful, but that's being picky. 7Code's communication is great, so we were never left in the dark.

The goal was to develop an MVP that could be piloted with customers to validate product functionality, user experience, and compliance within the healthcare sector. Scope of WorkProduct Architecture & Technical Planning:

• Consultation on the technical structure and system design for a scalable, HIPAA/GDPR-compliant SaaS platform.
• Mobile App Development: Design and build of MVP patient mobile app for iOS and AndroidDatabase & API Integration
• App Store Readiness: Apple App Store and Google Play approval.

The scope included setting up candidate tracking, project management modules, reporting dashboards, and workflows for recruiter–client communication. They handled the full cycle — from planning, architecture, and UX design to backend development and integrations with tools we already use. Key deliverables were a functional ERP system tailored to recruitment, automated workflows that reduced manual work, and reporting features that gave us visibility across projects. The final product is now the central system we use to run our internal recruitment processes.

Since launching the ERP, we’ve seen a real improvement in how we run recruitment projects. Our team cut down the time spent on manual reporting by around 40%, and coordination between recruiters and account managers is now centralized in one place instead of spread across emails and spreadsheets. The automated workflows reduced delays in candidate tracking, which directly improved our response time to clients. They also manage to fix the critical bug within the timeframe which meant everything for my business. 

Their effort and tech audit gave me the quick overview of my product I needed to decide on a plan to move forward without delaying anything more than possible and saved my revenue.
