7Code helped us design and develop a custom internal ERP tool to manage our recruitment operations. The scope included setting up candidate tracking, project management modules, reporting dashboards, and workflows for recruiter–client communication. They handled the full cycle — from planning, architecture, and UX design to backend development and integrations with tools we already use. Key deliverables were a functional ERP system tailored to recruitment, automated workflows that reduced manual work, and reporting features that gave us visibility across projects. The final product is now the central system we use to run our internal recruitment processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the ERP, we’ve seen a real improvement in how we run recruitment projects. Our team cut down the time spent on manual reporting by around 40%, and coordination between recruiters and account managers is now centralized in one place instead of spread across emails and spreadsheets. The automated workflows reduced delays in candidate tracking, which directly improved our response time to clients. Overall, the tool gave us better visibility across 10+ active projects at a time and allowed us to scale our internal processes without adding extra admin staff.

as a non-techinal person in urgent need of help I feel very vulnerable and as an easy target. 7code was all the way very understanding, good at communicating and explaining this to me, very practical and realistic and fair in their approach and pricing. They also manage to fix the critical bug within the timeframe which meant everything for my business. 

Their effort and tech audit gave me the quick overview of my product I needed to decide on a plan to move forward without delaying anything more than possible and saved my revenue.
