What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Konstruct Digital has just completed our accounts’ optimization, and we’re pleased with how the layout looks. Konstruct Digital is easy to work with, and we’ll wait for the campaigns’ results since we don’t have quantitative data yet.

Konstruct Digital’s project management skills are excellent. We have weekly updates, and when Konstruct Digital needs something from us, they let us know right away. Konstruct Digital is communicative through Zoom and email, and we use Google Drive to share documents.

One of the things I like the most about them is their account management; Tryphena is very organized and keeps me updated with every week’s priorities and the project’s status. Regarding communication, we use email, phone calls, Slack, and Zoom meetings, depending on the importance of the situation. In terms of project management tools, we use Notion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their organization is their most important attribute.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve how they review KPIs with us. We have monthly KPI dashboards and quarterly reviews, and we’d kike more frequent revisions rather than just receiving reports.

I recommend people working with them; Konstruct Digital’s team knows what they’re doing, and I trust them. Moreover, provide constant feedback and get involved in the process activities collaboratively.

We needed someone to run our Google and Bing paid ad campaigns, as well as provide SEO on those same platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One example of their work is the project we’re running to expand into a new city. Konstruct did all the research for our keywords and ads and also provided customizations to our website’s architecture. The web changes allow us to drive traffic independently from different cities.

On a day-to-day basis, they’re improving our Google and Bing ads and our SERP rankings. They also create content and localization services on our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Out of all the vendors we use, Konstruct is the most organized. Everything is provided in Google Docs, and they send a weekly email that lists the three main tasks that they’re working on, as well as three things that they’ve completed. In this way, the email is like a roadmap.

Every quarter, they perform a business review and put together a slide deck for our staff, comparing our metrics year over year. To date, we’ve seen a 30% increase in organic traffic, a 183% increase in non-branded clicks, and a 67% increase in impressions. Regarding paid ads, our cost per conversion has decreased by 42%, our conversion rates are up by 153%, and our raw conversions are up 200%. The leads we’re receiving are higher quality as well.

Everything is managed inside Google Docs. Like I mentioned earlier, they provide weekly roadmaps and always give me the opportunity to add my two cents. The whole system is very simple.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always here for me. I’ve hired a few different agencies like this, and Konstruct is much more organized than our previous vendors were. Additionally, a lot of the other vendors had automated processes they would put us through, and that didn’t feel personal. Konstruct’s personal touch stands out to us.

Konstruct Digital has met my expectations in this regard by being on target for deadlines and budgets. Whatever they’ve quoted, they’ve delivered. Additionally, they’re great communicators who always deliver quality work. I get a monthly report from them that seems to be generated on the Google Cloud Console. We typically communicate via email.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We definitely saw a huge increase in terms of users and sessions on our website. Our ad clicks went up, and the costs went down. We’ve also seen a decrease in our bounce rates. Additionally, we’ve seen a few conversions and some opportunities coming from our paid ads.

Even feedback from our own team in terms of the content that Konstruct Digital has produced has been great. They’ve been able to produce easily-digestible, engaging content for our site.

To measure success, we review Konstruct’s work on a monthly basis. We look at traffic, sales, and ad spend. Overall, our ad spend is down while the traffic and sales are up. The reduced ad spend more than offsets the cost we pay to Konstruct.

To manage the project, Konstruct submits reports about the previous month every second or third day of the current month. We then schedule a meeting with them a week later to go over their reports and talk about the changes and trends they see. Their team also provides reports with plenty of data — more data than Google Analytics. The team also makes sense of everything for us. Moreover, the project manager is terrific. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Konstruct’s systematic approach to getting results is impressive. However, for me, it’s all about people — Tryphena is a good person who does good work. Overall, their system is great and their people know their job.

Respond to Konstruct’s queries. If you respond quickly to their requests, they’ll quickly implement things. The team also looks for approval for everything, so there are no surprises with them. If you’re on the ball and respond to their plan, the whole process will be quicker.

Our monthly website traffic has increased and our goal completions are up over 50% YoY. We also are performing at the top of our peer group for SEO results on the list of key word groups that we have deemed most critical for our prospect base during search.

At present, they continue to update our website. They work to create efficiencies on the website to let customers find and contact us easily. Meanwhile, our website is simple, and it only has five tabs. Customers can reach out to us through the site and send inquiries or ask for quotes. Social media links are also found on the website. We’ve considered adding a payment gateway on the website, but we’ve changed accounting programs instead. The Konstruct team also handles our Google Ads efforts.

Konstruct’s project management has been great. The team is great at communicating and giving us feedback. In fact, they provide us with monthly articles on Google Ads optimization. Simply put, they always keep us in the loop. To communicate, we use emails and phone calls. Their resources are highly accessible and quick to respond. We’ve also met with them in person a few times. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their huge knowledge is the most impressive thing about them. We’ve gone into the engagement without knowing anything about how to be more accessible online. Because of that, the team has provided us with numerous tools to help us get our business out there. They listen carefully to our goals and stick to our budget.

No, there aren’t any. They’ve been in line with everything we need.

Make sure that the team approach is there, and ensure that Konstruct has a clear understanding of your business. While they don’t need to know every business out there, they do need to know your take on your business.
