Project development in the area of IIoT and automation using SharePoint and Azure hosting. This included UIUX, solution design, development, QA, hosting and support.Inovar came out exceptionally well with their understanding and proposed a robust solution that met the business expectations. Their thought leadership not only helped in technology but also in improving business processes. In a nutshell,it was a 360 degree quality delivery of the project.

JA Worldwide, Inc is a global non-profit in more than 110 countries. Our mission promotes Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy. I am the Director of Global Technology Services with a primary focus on operational technology and enterprise educational platforms.

For what projects/services did your company hire InovarTech?

We were in need of additional technical expertise to identify and provide a roadmap to our security and infrastructure profile with regard to upcoming projects and existing upgrades.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was working to identify vendors that were extremely knowledgeable about the Microsoft platform features and security to help secure my tenant more fully. After interviewing 4 other companies, InovarTech was the most understanding of my situation and the path forward. Other factors such as working with a not-for-profit global organization was desired.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They performed a thorough security audit of my tenant, drafted a detailed diagram of my infrastructure and provided a path toward increased and better security for my organization. We are beginning implementation of all facets recommended.

We had an account manager and two (2) senior security engineers that worked to evaluate our entire MS stack and security readiness.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to identify most of the known risks, but also articulate how those directly translate into risk for our organization. We have architected a remediation plan according to budget and business priorities. We begin the next phase of work shortly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The initial engagement was liminted in actual work time together. I anticipate working more closely together as we move past the investigation and determination phase into implmentation and configuration. Definitely have a good rapport with the team members.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate their dedication to understanding my project and the requirements that are unique to a global nonprofit. It took almost no time for the team to understand the nuances of my organization and help drive solutions that meet our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The original project was for an independent security review and as such, i chose to allow the investigation to be organic. As we move forward, i think the project engagement will change and be more side-by-side implementation and collaborative.

We wanted to revamp our MS Teams integration. The goal was to get this implemented and released within a quarter

We looked at three different vendors and Inovar was the only company who had prior expertise working on an integration like this and was willing to hand-hold us through the implementation and up to go-live.

The project involved integration with our eSignature APIs to provide an embedded, almost native eSigning solution to MS Teams users.

Around 5 people worked with us from the vendor side, which included a manager for overseeing the work, 3 developers and 1 QA resource.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The MS Teams plug-in was released to the Microsoft store and helped us become a key eSignature partner for SMBs using Microsoft Teams as their work suite.

We communicated using a shared slack channel and the Inovar team was always available to respond to queries and collaborate with us through the course of development, UAT and release.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional and constantly in touch, despite the challenges of the pandemic. Super easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Towards the end of the engagement they had shared the final report and closure email, which we missed. We anticipated a closure call, which unfortunately slipped through the cracks due to competing priorities. They raised the final invoice, but we expected a final closure call before this which did not happen. Nevertheless, the quality of work was great! So cannot complain.

The scope was to develop the game server from scratch. It includes implementing the mathematical model of the game, game logic development, database handling, and also deployment to cloud server.

Two full-stack developers worked on our project mainly focusing on .net technologies.

They had a seamless workflow. We had regular touchpoint calls. Also, the team was available for any ad-hoc or urgent calls whenever I asked for.

The project management was great and I was impressed with their adherence to timeline and delivery.

They are transparent and open with the work they are doing. They work in a collaborative manner that fuels inspiration. The team is also very committed to the customer at every step of the way be it idealization, design to delivery.

Most of all, they provide state of the art smart solutions. Thus, helping integrate technology and creating a trusted customer experience.
