Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Envision Fitness, and sole owner. We specialize in personal training and small boot camp classes. I personally have been personal training for over 10 years, and running Envision Fitness for 4.5 of them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Triton Commerce?

At first we tried using our own, in-house website. However, search engine optimization made no sense to me, and the time consumption was not worth it. After 2 years - and getting almost 0 results - I decided to hire a professional web design company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Triton Commerce was an easy choice. Local to here in the Twin Cities, and the onboarding process was incredibly thorough and friendly. The price seemed expensive at the time, and I was a little hesitant. However, they instructed me to be patient, and it has certainly paid off.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project involved them learning about the fitness industry, and how Envision Fitness operates. We began with a discovery session with their entire team, from the account manager, to the developer, to the creative design specialist.

Afterward, a photographer and videographer came out to the gym to do a shoot for the website. Once the website was up-and-running, it took awhile to gain traction, but the results have been more than worth the wait.

Mentioned above: account manager, creative design, web developer, and one of the company's owners as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'll leave you with an easy, but powerful result: My current monthly revenue from website-found clients only is over 6X what I pay monthly for the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fairly seamless. I do wish there was an easier way for projects to be completed without having to reach out to the account manager, but otherwise it's flawless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their SEO supremacy is unreal. My website comes up 1st, or near 1st on various health & wellness searches in the nearby area and it's been amazing for generating leads and clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing is it'd be nice if some basic things could be done by myself, without having to contact them about it. Otherwise, nothing I can think of.

I am the office manager of a home remodeling company in Rochester MN.

We were a brand new business, therefore we had no name recognition, referral base, or online presence. Our goal was to be on the top or near the top of a search as quickly as possible, and to have a eye catching website so potential customers could say "wow, I want my home to look like that!"

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Several of us have known the owner and one of the employees for many years. We value their personal integrity and business smarts, so it was a easy decision! Hands down.

Kick off meeting to discuss goals, likes, dislikes, image we wanted to project, etc. Shortly thereafter we got a mock up of the site and WOW we were blown away. The folks at Triton really listened to us and pretty much delivered everything we wanted and more from the get go. Then monthly we get results via email so we can track everything needed to make sure we are getting the results we need.

I don't know exact names of the positions, but there was a client service gal, the web designer, sales, and I think 2 others. They definitely had the team members needed as to not have to repeat our goals throughout the process, the whole team is on the same page from the get go.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the site and even today, we are near the top or the top search in all the categories.

I believe the project management style is tailored to our needs as there are times we are pretty hands off and don't need constant contact, and other times when we are more "needy" . We always get the monthly reports on time and whenever we might need more assistance we simply reach out and they answer in a very timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they really really listened and cared about our staff and company was great.

No.

For what projects/services did your company hire Triton Commerce, and what were your goals?

This clinic started from the ground up. I needed a very strong webpage, online presence, and marketing team to help get the word out about the clinic.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I researched and interviewed several companies that do the same thing that Triton Commerce does, none of them impressed me as much as Triton.

I first met with Matt, one of the owners of the company, to understand what his company stood for. Right off the bat Matt was very passionate and dedicated to his company and the work that Triton does. From there we had some time to strategize and think of designs, services, names, and how we want our online presence to be. We then had a kick off meeting with the entire team of Triton employees that will be working on the project.

I believe there were at least six employees from Triton Commerce that had a hand in this project. I have two main contact people at all times that help with updates and questions. The rest of the team works in the shadows so to speak; even though I may not work with the entire team all the time I know and see that they ALL always give 100% no matter what part of the project we are in.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Medical Tattoo Centers of America would honestly not be where it is today if it was not for Triton Commerce. Triton Commerce took a concept idea and created a platform for people to understand who Medical Tattoo Centers of America is and what we do.

Being that this project is for a cosmetic clinic, the most efficient way for us to communicate was through zoom meetings, emails, and phone conversations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very rarely do you find a company that treats you like family. In this day and age, it seems as if everyone is only looking out for their own interests. I can honestly say that Triton Commerce was not one of those. From the get go I was treated as family and was given advice that would help me even if it was not helpful for Triton.

They took me under their wing and had our back‘s with no one else did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Absolutely nothing. Even if I could go back in time, I would never change anything everything was done professionally, effectively and efficiently
