Our ideal customer profile (ICP) could relate to the brand and product more, and the product's usability became far better. We also saw better engagement and satisfaction.

They did a good job given the timelines and constraints. Only feedback is on the engagement model, but that's up to the vendor (us, in this case) to decide.
