I'm an IT officer at Seraphic Associates, an industrial solutions provider. We import, supply, and indent machinery nationwide, specializing in industrial air conditioning, ventilation, and humidity control systems with reliable, expert service.

We brought Algomindz on board to fix our website's technical mess and finally get our core offerings, especially industrial AC, ventilation, and humidity control systems, ranking ahead of the big directories on Google.
Our pages were barely visible, plagued by broken URLs, slow load times, and thin content.The main goal was straightforward: clean up the backend, write proper technical content targeting factory owners and project engineers across Bangladesh, and turn our organic search traffic into actual sales inquiries and RFQs.

Algomindz basically took full ownership of our SEO and content from day one. They audited the backend, resolved all our broken URLs, and set up the basics we were missing like sitemaps, canonical tags, and faster load speeds so Google could actually crawl us. On top of that, they mapped out high-intent keywords for our machinery, wrote all the technical copy for our core product pages, launched our blog from scratch, and handled local SEO and GMB.
They also cleaned up a bunch of spam backlinks we had accumulated and built over 15 solid, industry-relevant links to get our domain authority where it needed to be. They touched pretty much every corner of the site, not just the product catalog.
While rewriting and optimizing our core product and category pages for industrial AC and ventilation was definitely a top priority, they also revamped our project showcase pages and built an entire technical blog from scratch since we had zero informational content before.
On top of that, they restructured the entire site navigation and header/footer architecture so visitors and search crawlers could smoothly browse between our machinery specs, case examples, and direct quote requests.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within about five months of kicking off the project, the numbers spoke for themselves. Our organic search traffic shot up by 73%, and we went from being invisible to having over 60 of our target keywords ranking right on page one of Google for competitive machinery terms.
On top of that, user engagement on the site increased by 69%, meaning factory owners and engineers were actually sticking around, reading our product specs, and reaching out with genuine RFQs instead of bouncing immediately. Prior to their involvement, our website was practically an online brochure that brought in next to zero inbound inquiries; almost all our business came from offline networking.
Once the technical fixes went live and our high-intent category pages hit page one, we saw a distinct shift: factory procurement teams and contractors across Bangladesh started submitting direct RFQs through our project and product pages.
Because visitors were landing directly on well-structured pages with clear specs instead of bouncing, our organic pipeline turned into consistent, high-value inquiries specifically for our industrial AC, ventilation, and humidity systems. While our B2B sales cycles in heavy industrial machinery take weeks or months to close, we saw our inbound RFQs and direct technical inquiries roughly double within the first five months of the campaign.
Since we deal in large-scale installations like commercial ventilation and industrial air conditioning, even an extra 4–6 serious project inquiries a month makes a massive difference to our bottom line, and having our landing pages convert at a much higher rate meant those inquiries were coming from pre-qualified factory owners rather than random tire-kickers.
Beyond raw traffic and keyword counts, our overall engagement jumped by 69%, which showed up directly as longer session durations and a noticeably lower bounce rate across our core product catalogs. Disavowing our high volume of spam backlinks and replacing them with 15+ authoritative, industry-relevant links dramatically cleaned up our domain health and trust metrics in Google's eyes.
Crucially, the lead quality improved night and day because Algomindz aligned our landing pages with high-intent B2B search terms. The inquiries we received were from genuine plant managers and procurement heads with defined project budgets rather than irrelevant consumer traffic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how quickly they grasped the nuances of the B2B industrial machinery space. They didn't just push generic, cookie-cutter SEO tactics. Instead of chasing vanity keywords that look good on a spreadsheet but never convert, they dug deep into how factory owners, plant engineers, and contractors in Bangladesh actually search for complex systems like industrial HVAC and ventilation.
On top of that, their communication was completely transparent. They walked us through every single technical fix without hiding behind confusing marketing jargon, acting more like an invested in-house partner than an outside vendor.

To be fair, there was very little to criticize because the results spoke for themselves. If anything, their initial approach was so thorough and meticulous during the technical cleanup, fixing every broken link, duplicate URL, and architecture flaw, that we were just eager to jump straight into the visible content and keyword growth.
In hindsight, that deep foundational groundwork was precisely why our rankings took off so strongly, but having even a tiny slice of the blog content rolling out concurrently during those first few weeks would have made an already fantastic process even better.
