The successful delivery of our first project established the foundation for a long-term partnership that eventually expanded into three major products. All platforms were launched successfully and achieved the reliability, security, and scalability objectives we had established. Development cycles became increasingly efficient as the teams built familiarity with the ecosystem, allowing us to accelerate product releases and maintain a consistent user experience across multiple applications. The unified identity infrastructure also enabled us to streamline user onboarding and security management across the ecosystem.

Over a multi-year partnership, there are always opportunities to refine processes and communication as products become larger and more complex. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be expanding some of the strategic product planning and roadmap workshops earlier in the lifecycle of large initiatives. This could help align long-term product vision even sooner. The remote login feature is also attractive, allowing live viewing of presentations on a personal device through the website. We played with the design a bit and like the current version.
