Our association started with a comprehensive brand audit to diagnose the reasons why the Rughz shopify store and performance marketing did not provide the desired outcomes. The team understood the significance of brand and marketing foundations and allowed us to deep dive and analyse our brand positioning, customer perception, in-store experience, content marketing strategy and structure for SEO preparedness, and overall digital ecosystem. Team 30TH FEB assisted us in finding the gaps in our brand messaging, UI/UX, the clarity of content, and the tracking/automations of data, which were hampering our growth. The strategic deliverables were not limited to a detailed report on brand audit and concise suggestions on how to enhance brand positioning, a Shopify store. They gave us a roadmap and helped in the design, development of our brand space. As our strategic brand advisors, they provided a robust baseline strategy for communication and Meta campaigns to help increase conversions by establishing customer communication systems to our landing pages, email automation and audience targeting.
