How did you select this vendor?

I have been searching for someone who speaks English and Czech well to communicate with clients directly to help me boost the timeline of the project.

I hired Escale. Ltd. after all the wireframes have been done with the clients. They helped me to build a robust Figma ecosystem with tons of Desktop / Mobile components for easy managing and growing design system. They also helped me with the additional Branding (logo package).

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 1 designer on the position of UI / UX Designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have done a full rebranding of the platform from the ground incl. wireframing, design systems building, and branding. The only result I can share is the huge growth in customer trust and experience with the platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Escale Ltd. has fastened the workflow as they have been speaking with my client directly. They are true professionals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI skills with large responsiveness skills.

None at all.

We had used a template design for some years and needed to move our business to the next level.

We searched the market for designers mainly based on their references to make sure we would get some design which would fit out business.

After a meeting we send a brief with all our requirements and wishes for the new design. On some pages we had very specific demands to make sure we would maintain our customers informed in the proces.

Our team have been over the moon with the designs and they have really impressed our key partners. We’re excited to keep this relationship going. There’s a shared passion for producing really excellent software.

We started strong and have gotten stronger over the months. We’ve given huge amounts of information across and the designers have helped us to focus on what’s important and prioritise our key tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve struggled to get designs that we really love, until now. There’s an attention to detail that makes all the difference.

For designing a brand new look and UX design of our website.

Found Escalate on instagram, got in love with their designs and asked them.

We desperately needed design upgrade from 2000's look. Escalate first pitched desing of landing page, then we reviewed it, got the final version and they designed the rest of the web accordingly.

Two very lovely designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They gave us what we desperately needed - a cool fresh look to attract new generations of parkour athleetes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Amazing. Never before have I so seamless and integrated experience. They are using Figma software, which is great for the client - designer integration. They were very responsive and quick with the responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with how they were able to balance their creative process with our needs and desires. They are very professinal about explaining their design decissions and able to make compromises in order to satisfy client's needs.

Nothing I know of.

Our vision was very complicated. We wanted to stand out in a very special way (to have elements of fur everywhere) so we discussed that with Escalate guys. They had some great points to the concept, we evaluated that and have them finalized it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was pretty busy times but the time flows quickly, you know what I mean.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their skills, creativity, and great overview, especially considering the fact the team was young.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe better time management, but there was no problems with deadlines at all.
