We’ve hired Ivio Agency for website design, development, and digital marketing services. Our goal is to increase leads and brand awareness; we have also been trying to develop a new practice area.

We started the engagement with 3–4 calls where we discussed what we were looking for and made sure we were aligned with Ivio Agency. We discussed our company’s vision and the reputation we were looking to achieve in the market. 

Ivio Agency has designed our logo and is assisting with a rebranding effort. Their team has helped us define company values, put together branding guidelines, and assisted with creating the new aesthetic that we want to present. Ivio Agency has developed an intake form on the website, an attorney profile page, an introductory home page, and a page that showcases all the specific practice areas that we assist with. Their team also supplies maintenance and hosting services.

We’re early in the process, so we don’t have any concrete metrics; however, we’ve been really happy with the work from Ivio Agency, and have continuously expanded our engagement. They meet our expectations, and we’ve received great feedback from the new branding they’ve created.

The Ivio Agency team is very consistent and transparent with our team. They always follow up with us to ensure we’re on track, and if we have issues, they’re on top of it. We communicate via emails, phone calls, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are highly receptive, and they throw out a lot of good ideas. This process has taken a while, but the Ivio Agency team has been collaborative and patient. They don’t rush the project, and they work to ensure they’re providing good quality work. Their customer service is excellent, and they’re willing to come to our office to solve issues.

There’s nothing we can come up with.

I am the marketing coordinator for the Phoenix Greek Festival. The festival is the largest fundraiser for Holy Trinity Cathedral. The festival is a very important aspect of our church and we feed and entertain almost 20,000 every year.

Our website was outdated and very complicated to update and edit. We needed a fresh, updated site and one that is straightforward and easy to navigate by the public. We also needed a site that could quickly and easily be edited and changed by our personnel.

We have worked with IVIO in the past and they have always been very accommodating, intuitive and a joy to work with! We were on a tight budget and they were able to meet our needs and timeframe. Their creative process was open and insightful. Their past work that they presented to us was very impressive and just what we were looking for.

The scope of work included a completely new website and SEO that could capture the look and feel of our event and drive people to our site. It was important that once people get to the site, they get the information they are looking for immediately and with just one or two clicks. The site was also designed to be appealing to encourage attendance at our event.

A project manager was our main point of contact. Dustin, the principle of the company, was very involved as were a couple of other designers. The team was efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received rave reviews on our new site from both our participants, vendors and our parishioners. As a result of the website being so comprehensive and thorough, we had very few phone calls or emails from the general public asking questions about our event. There was no need because people were able to get all of the information they needed from the site.

We had regularly scheduled meetings that were timely and efficient. They met all deadlines and even helped keep us on track as well. They were very accommodating and helpful giving great suggestions. They were very intuitive about our style, wants and needs.

What we were most impressed with was the end result. The site was better than we had hoped and even ended up including some items we hadn't thought of. They were on budget and on time and delivered a product that we will enjoy for years to come!

I can't think of any areas where we could see that needed any improvement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ivio created our website from scratch, allowing folks to find us online and know about our services. Additionally, users can apply for a mortgage loan through the site. 

Our customers have access to completing an online application through a portal. They can also see the step-by-step procedure of what we do to complete their home mortgage process. Additionally, the site features related information and resources.

Beyond web development, Ivio has also helped us come up with our company branding. They created everything, including our logo, color scheme, and marketing assets.

I’ve worked with Dustin (Founder), Kayla (Operations Coordinator), Natalie (Creative Director), Devon (Lead Designer), and some other teammates. Dustin and Kayla are our main points of contact.

We saw that Ivio designed the website of one of the leading loan officers in the market. We looked them up, and based on their website, we found that they were exactly what we needed.

They’ve successfully delivered my website.

How did Ivio Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent at project management. I have no complaints, and I’m just happy to work with them. We communicate through Zoom, Gmail, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Their whole team has been really helpful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ivio’s responsiveness is impressive. Whenever I need something, they’ve never given me a hard time about what I’m asking. They’ve always given me what I wanted. While working on the site, Dustin has kept on assuring me that if there’s anything we won’t like with their work, they’ll change it. 

Their goal has been to make us fall in love with the final product. They put us first, and I’ve never encountered such a level of customer service.

Ivio has helped fix all the issues and has taken over the SEO portion of the website that has shown improvement month over month since they took over. I was referred to Dustin and Ivio from my accountant and met with him multiple times to discuss my needs and see if it was a good fit. My main goal was to find someone skilled in the area of digital marketing and that was going to give my company the time and attention it needs to continue being one of the top group therapy practices in Phoenix.

Initially Dustin and his team did a thorough analysis of my website and SEO and then rebuilt our website and redesigned it to meet the current trends in the market. At the same time he started building our google ad word campaign and did extensive work on my SEO ranking. Ivio continues to be involved in my SEO work and manages my website as well.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We showed Ivio Agency our existing website, which was fairly basic, and they built a new one. They designed the entire site and its content, including each of the pages, items related to practice areas, and attorney bios. They added tabs that enable clients to pay bills or retainers. The website is completed, but they continue to update and maintain it.

Ivio Agency is now working with us on an SEO strategy. They are doing an SEO campaign to help drive us to the first or second pages in key areas for our business.

They do offer PPC, but most of their work has been focused on optimizing certain keywords. We’ve run campaigns on certain words at certain times to boost them.

Our interface is with Dustin (Principal), and they have people working behind the scenes as well.

The site they built is much more professional-looking, accessible, and user-friendly than our previous one. We can now track new business based on the source, such as whether it’s coming from the website or our own referrals. We can also use Google Analytics to see what pages we show up on for different searches. Ivio Agency provides reports, and we monitor the analytics ourselves as well.

How did Ivio Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They completed the web design in a very timely manner, and they continue to provide updates on a regular basis. 

Ivio Agency provides statistics on a monthly basis, and then they also do quarterly reviews. Dustin is very responsive and willing to meet with us if we want to change campaigns or make adjustments. He's good at keeping us informed and following through.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ivio Agency is very responsive. As a firm, they’re very attuned to finding out how they can take your business to the next level and help you achieve your goals.

No, there is nothing that I can think of right now.

Have an idea of what goals you want to achieve. However, if you’re like us and this isn’t your area of expertise, take their advice and ask a lot of questions. Work with somebody whose personality and work ethic match what you’re trying to achieve.

I’m the creator of Dear Hooman, a lifestyle blog written from the perspective of a dog. The whole purpose of the blog is to remind humans to live each day the way dogs do. 

My dog has Alopecia, which is a huge issue in the Pomeranian community. Dear Hooman is a resource for people whose dogs have Alopecia, providing step-by-step advice on what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what to try to make their pets feel better. It’s a resource for anything dog-related.

Dear Hooman is a really fun project, and Ivio helped me with my vision.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ivio provided brand direction and website development services. They created everything for me. I just gave them my ideas and the content, and they helped me put everything together — they made the project come to life. I sent them quotes and different visuals that I wanted on the blog, and they put it all into graphics and animations. 

What is the team composition?

I usually worked with three people. I started working with Dustin (Founder), who runs the business. Devon (Lead Designer) really helped me with a lot of the design work, and then another woman, Selene (Frontend Developer), put together and developed the website.

How did you come to work with Ivio Agency?

I know about Ivio and their fantastic reputation because I’m a media buyer in my main business, so we work in the same world. I’ve had them do projects for some of my clients. I know a lot of branding and web development agencies, but they’re who I wanted to work with on this project.

How much have you invested with them?

The total project cost was about $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

This collaboration began in April 2020 and finished at the end of October of the same year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m very critical in this space, but I was really happy with the results. In terms of measuring success, I was happy that the final product was what I wanted — it was in line with my vision, felt like me, and was what I was hoping for the brand. 

The site is still very new. People are coming to the site, which is great, but we’re still working on SEO and things that will help get people to the site. The success right now is just the finished product and the process.

How did Ivio Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I was really happy with their clear communication, which I think is usually the biggest issue to overcome. They were fantastic at executing on my vision, taking direction, and running with it. They were also great at finishing each page and project in a timely manner.

We communicated through Zoom calls and email. We also shared PDFs and did screen sharing. We had scheduled calls, often to keep me on task. Part of their work was on me to provide a lot of the content and direction that I wanted, so we set calls to stay on task. We were in constant communication. It was pretty seamless. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Above and beyond, they are just great people. They’re people that you can trust to be around moving forward, which is so important when you have a website — you want to know that whoever creates it is going to be there to help you manage it along the way as things come up. I feel confident with Ivio as people. I think that they have a great team and dynamic in terms of how they work together to make it all happen at the end of the day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far in my experience with them, I haven’t run into too much of anything like that. I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For any of this, I think it’s just about the organization. It’s always a tall task when you’re putting together a brand or website. I took a lot of time to put everything into Dropbox folders and outline the project, and that worked well with our relationship because they could then take everything and run with it. If the client isn’t clear on what they want or is a bit less organized, it can be tough for an agency to execute the project. Sometimes, we have to hold the client liable for that. I would recommend just being clear as you go into the relationship.
