Executive education provider to organisations, executives, and entrepreneurs across Sub-Saharan Africa. We deliver a wide range of executive education courses both virtually and face to face.

For what projects/services did your company hire 1st Content Digital, and what were your goals?

SEO, Content creation and promotion together with social media exposure and email marketing e is crucial to success in our sector. Communicating to both our corporate audience, new individual learners and engaging with those who have used our services before was a key challenge for our business. The success achieved by 1stContent who was able to get us to No1 on page one for some of our most important search terms have been a key reason why we are still working with them today.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The 1stContent team was recommended to us by one of our contacts. We decided to try them out for 6 months as a trial. They delivered great results for us, hence we are still working with them today.

They involve us in the use of a number of tools from Soho including ZOHO CRM system and email marketing aplication from the same company. We chose Zoho because of their cost effectiveness and have stayed with them as its workibg so well for us. Other tools we are using include Salesforce, Hootsuite, Google marketing cloud includibg google analytics, Canva, IFTTT, AHREFS and Loom for recordings.

We work with two people from their content markeitng team on a monthly basis to co-ordinate the content they are creating for us. The same people support our social media communication. We have monthly meetings with the lady who looks after our SEO. We are in contact with the team who does our website from time to time but this is mostly done through an account manager who is our main contact with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are no 1 on page one of Google for a number of our most important search terms. All our student and corporate education enquiries come through the website. They have been able to achieve this with a very modest paid advertising budget. They are not helping us to manage our social media and engage with potential students there. We have been enormously pleased with the results on a shoestring budget. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have direct access to our account manager. We can phone him when ever needed. We have a very good relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The results they have achived for us with the small budget we have given them. Their personal attention to detail. They help us to clearly understand what is needed and work with us to implement their recommendations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In all honnestly, no. we ar every happy with the results they are deliveribg to us.
