The project was completed on schedule and stayed within the $800K budget. The device hit all our targets: it’s comfortable, adjustable to various leg sizes, and simple enough for patients to use on their own at home. Plus, the collaboration with the software team went smoothly, and the final product works as intended, enabling patients to track their rehabilitation progress. The client was very happy with the results.

OVA Solutions managed the project well, and overall communication was smooth. However, there was one hiccup due to a miscommunication, which caused a slight delay. Because of that, I’d rate delivery a 4 out of 5, but for everything else – responsiveness, attention to our needs, and quality of work – they get a solid 5.

The only thing I’d suggest for improvement is clearer communication at certain points in the project. There was a small delay due to a misunderstanding, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly.
