We chose the vendor after a multi-stage selection process. Key reasons included experience with healthcare software and compliance requirements (HIPAA/GDPR), strong references and past case studies, the ability to offer both technical execution and UX expertise, and, last but not least, transparent communication and realistic planning from the start.

The team used Agile methodology with sprints. We had regular syncs via Zoom, tracked progress in Jira, and used Slack for daily communication. All timelines were met.
