10turtle helped us with everything from the logo to the full brand look. They delivered a sleek logo, a versatile black-and-white color palette, and clean typography that captured the modern, minimal vibe we were going for.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The brand identity felt instantly clearer and more polished. Our space looks more decisive, and we’ve had positive feedback from new clients who mention the branding specifically. We’ve definitely seen an uptick in walk-ins and inquiries since launching the new branding. A few new clients even mentioned they found us more appealing because of the fresh, professional look. We saw about a 30–40% rise in walk-ins and inquiries after the rebrand; the new look really helped us stand out.

10turtle’s project management was smooth. They were quick to respond, open to feedback, and delivered everything on time without needing a push. Our main communication was through emails and video calls to go over feedback and updates.

What challenge were you trying to address with 10turtle?

Our main goal was to translate AMOR's premium positioning into a digital experience that didn’t just look elegant but actually felt luxurious, immersive, smooth, and memorable.

What was the scope of their involvement?

10turtle led the end-to-end web design, including UX research, wireframes, UI, interactions, and development. The animated storytelling and overall flow of the site were especially important for us, and they handled that really well. 10turtle used smooth scroll animations and elegant transitions that made the site feel cinematic and luxurious, perfectly matching AMOR's brand story and premium feel.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a small and focused team of five people from 10turtle, including a designer, developer, project coordinator, and tester.

We found 10turtle through a reference. We looked at a few agencies, but 10turtle stood out because their work felt more considered and less templated. From the first call, they seemed to understand the tone and emotion we wanted to capture with Amor.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started getting great reactions right after the launch. The flow felt smooth, the animations were subtle but impactful, and overall, it finally felt like the site matched the personality of the brand. Within the first few weeks after launch, we saw a noticeable uptick in website traffic, and users were spending more time exploring the content, especially the story-driven sections. We also had more direct inquiries coming in through the contact form than before.

There were a few moments where clearer documentation on revisions could’ve helped speed things up, but nothing major. It was a collaborative process, and they were always willing to adapt.
