We needed their help building a student loan financing website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We use 10Clouds to help with the design and front- and backend support for our website. 10Clouds does all the designs in Figma and has written the website using Next.js. The site is powered with Sanity, a headless CMS. 

The website helps users refinance their student loans, find scholarships, or find information on how to finance college. We have an in-house CTO, and we know mostly what we want, so we’ve been extremely involved in the web design process. We provide detailed guidance on what we want.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

10Clouds has been the best of the agencies that we've worked with to date. We’ve worked with a number of agencies and never had a perfect experience; I wouldn’t say that 10Clouds is perfect either, but nothing’s perfect. Tom (Senior Account Manager) is good about responding to our criticisms and our requests. They work with us, so we continue to work with them.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve taken a more active role in project management to make sure that the project moves at the speed we want, which helps quite a bit. We’re also very actively involved in the communication; we don’t just ask 10Clouds to do something and leave them to do it. Some areas have been more expensive than we would’ve expected; I don’t know whose fault that is.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Tom does a good job listening to our feedback and providing responses to things we ask for help on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing’s perfect, but I don't have any broad criticism.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It’s good to do your own research ahead of time on what it is you want done. This way, you can come to the table with specific guidelines on how you want the project implemented, as opposed to asking 10Clouds to build you something. When you do the research yourself, the project will be done in a way that’s closer to what you envisioned.

10 Clouds has helped us grow our team of programmers, designers and suppliers. He contributed to building a product development planning strategy and analyzing its "usability". We were looking for strategic IT partners who could comprehensively address the technological needs of the WOA project. Our goal was to find a reliable and multi-faceted company with a knowledge base on AI. 

We wanted long-term cooperation with 10 Clouds to provide the greatest value to our team and our clients. When selecting 10 Clouds, we were guided by the desire to implement innovative solutions in the fields of: psychotherapy and physical activity, including physiotherapy. 

Current solutions in these areas are not personalized and do not deliver our values ​​of improving the user's quality of life, that's why we decided to cooperate with a reliable and prestigious company, which is 10 Clouds - dealing with software development. We managed to conduct workshops and design very modern solutions for our customers in the future.

Thanks to the fact that about 10 people a day with 10 Clauds worked on our project, we managed to develop very satisfactory results: 

AI implementation plan - machine learning for our application designed by senior AI specialists; After the workshop, we know what further steps to take at each stage of developing our application; 10 Clauds collected the documentation and wrote the report needed to present to our investors; Elimination of time constraints. 

By employing a product delivery manager, we are able to remove time blocks as soon as they occur in our projects; Some solutions inspired by the 10Clouds AI team will enable us to create unique solutions using the influence of AI.

10 Clouds carefully monitors the dates that we have jointly set for cooperation. Between our meetings, we were in constant contact. Thanks to the Scrum methodology and the commitment of the 10Clouds team, we managed to create effective and efficient communication channels. The 10Clouds team quickly understood our user and project needs and goals. 

They made sure that our vision of implementing AI is in line with the business goals of the entire platform. Thanks to their unique understanding of machine learning capabilities, we will be able to fully respond to the needs of our users. It was important to me that the 10Clouds team could fully cooperate with our teams in terms of communication, budget and delivery time.

Our cooperation with 10clouds helped us to set up the necessary infrastructure to run first the test network of our blockchain, and then our validators for the mainnet. • SInce start of cooperation, we have had only a single downtime on our mainnet, that lasted less than 6h and was dealt with very professionally.

We wanted to change some features on our app and on our website. We wanted 3D characters to help explain the account creation process so we could create a simple and visual how-to guide.

How did you select this vendor?

We use a company that had hired 10Clouds for their branding and fell in love with their work.

To start off, they had us fill out a questionnaire to better understand the company, what we do and what we wanted to accomplish together. Once that was completed, we were given a choice of 3 different styles of design for our characters. We gave the reasoning behind what we liked and didnt like for each option which gave the designers an clearer idea of what we were looking for. Once we settled on a design type, we were given sketches of the characters.

After the sketches we were given T-models. Feedback was asked for, given and acknowledged every step of the way. Once we received the final characters, we had a last round of edits then the visuals were handed over to us.

I worked directly with the project manager and the senior designer.

We are still currently in the process of rebranding and redesigning our website so we can't speak to that just yet.

We had numerous meetings with the projet manager and the senior designer for progress updates and next steps. We used Slack to keep in touch easily for any questions or updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by how invested the 10Clouds team was in making sure that we were happy with every detail of the characters. The reasoning behind the design was well explained and the team was accomodating to our changes. They take great pride in the work that they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think it could be beneficial to have an update throughout the project on the amount of hours that have been consumed/that are remaining so that if necessary we can adjust and plan for a change in budget.
