Ongoing Ads Management: This encompassed the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid ad campaigns. The Viden team was responsible for setting up ad budgets, creating and optimizing ad copy and visuals, and ensuring proper targeting for our campaigns. They also focused on continuous improvement of our campaign structure and performance.

Reporting & Insights: They provided real-time performance dashboards alongside monthly reports. These reports included in-depth analysis and commentary on ad performance, audience targeting, and any challenges encountered, as well as next steps for optimization.

VIDEN’s work has been excellent. They’ve revamped our Meta setup and easily explained how to run it. Moreover, their work has helped us double our conversion rates.

How did VIDEN perform from a project management standpoint?

VIDEN delivers on time and within budget — the only thing they don’t send in time are their invoices, which means they’re not just after the money. The team is also in constant communication with me to ask if we need anything or tell me if there’s an update on the project’s budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

VIDEN’s team is constant and communicative, so I don’t have to chase them. The team proactively provides us with performance reports and gives suggestions on how to improve their work. In addition, VIDEN is committed to our satisfaction; once they ensure that, they will send their payment requests.

I don’t think they can improve anything — they’ve been greatly unique with their designs. I want them to continue being the same, and in the future, I plan to give them more work because we’re growing, and the more I trust them, the more I want them to take over our business.

Before hiring Viden we had a couple of data experts working on data collection, reporting, and maintenance of tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. However, the whole system was a big mess. Reports were inconsistent and distrustful.

Their team meets all my important KPIs, and they’re well worth our investment.

I don’t have much to say in this regard as I’m not working hand-in-hand with their team, but I haven’t received a single complaint about their work either.

They have what it takes to deliver quality results and strategies in growth marketing. I haven’t worked with similar providers in the past, but I can confirm that Viden’s work and field knowledge is top-notch.

It’s not performance-related, but I think we can benefit from more reasonable pricing. We have to pay the same rate for a newly onboarded resource, which I find puzzling.
