We came to Zero One with an initial concept for our UI, and working with their team helped us refine that vision and bring it to life. We needed every aspect of the UI built from the ground up — and fortunately, that’s exactly what their team specializes in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Simply just needed the UI completed in a state that we were happy with and resonated with the team!

Most items were always delivered on time with a few delays that went over. Our needs were always meet positevely and I believe and strength is how Zero One would always give a counter opinion if they believed we were not designing something that resulted in good user behavior.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For the price and quality of work, they did an excellent job. Plus, having direct communication with the founder and lead designers meant things could be done much quicker.

I think that in terms of our website looking back it was designed a bit too corporate vs visually aesthic and simple.

Brand immersion, user personas, competitor analysis, and moodboards tailored to Gen Z & Millennials in Egypt.

UX Design:
User journey maps, wireframes (onboarding, investing, insights, chatbot), and intuitive flows.

UI Design:
High-fidelity screens for landing page, dashboard, explore page, and Fincr chatbot — all aligned with Finc’s bold purple visual identity.

Design System:
Figma-based system with typography, color palette, components, and reusable UI elements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app coming to life. Working with this team was one of the best decisions we made for our startup. They didn’t just “design” screens — they understood our brand, our audience, and our mission deeply. Every pixel had purpose. Every interaction felt intentional.  They took a highly complex product (AI, finance, automation) and made it feel intuitive, clean, and human.

Their project management was excellent; organized, responsive, and proactive. They consistently delivered on time (often ahead of schedule) and quickly adapted to feedback, making the whole process smooth and collaborative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to blend strategy with creativity. they didn’t just design pretty screens, they thought deeply about user behavior, brand identity, and product goals. Their attention to detail, speed, and genuine care have made them feel like true partners, not just vendors. Their ability to balance aesthetic excellence with usability is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 01 Design could have done differently?

I’m the CEO of Fugees Family, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing holistic, trauma-informed education and support to refugee and immigrant youth. We operate specialized academies and partner with schools to advance educational justice and newcomer programs.

We were building an MVP for a tech product we had developed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

01 Design designed engaging and accessible dashboards for a teen-focused learning platform. The team also created lesson screens with audio playback and progress tracking, defined the brand palette, typography, and component library, and ensured accessibility with contrast, captions, and readability.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.
