Robert and the Nuova team contributed massively to our product's development across multiple stages and design elements. Specifically, the Nuova team started by designing our website from scratch. 

Afterwards, Robert and team continued to support by building UI components across our platform for the past 2 years, and contributed with both product mock-ups and final designs (both desktop and mobile), but also with an overhaul of our product design language and system.

• Our public website (www.solo.ro) is the initial scope of our work together with Robert and the Nuova team and was the first deliverable. Most of our platform's UI was designed by Robert (web, iOS, Android). Our design system was proposed and built by Robert, which we now use to further develop UI elements in the platform. Robert participated in multiple customer interviews to better understand our user.

The NUOVA Digital team is excellent at delivery. What would be taking it to the next level would be to take a more consulting/strategic role; as a client, we're stuck in operational tasks and we sometime miss the big picture, so an outside critical perspective would be appreciated

Robert in particular was incredibly patient, has immense creative talent, and was always ready to hop on a Slack huddle and help out even if the scope of work was stretched beyond capacity. We're a globally distributed remote team, but they made themselves available to suit all project leads timezones.

We had just received the first round of financing and we needed to go from MVP to a fully functional design, so we contracted Robert's team for handling the concept and design phase. Over the following 2 months, we went through several iterations for each of the 20+ pages of our solution, in order to please all the stakeholders; the result was a professionally looking, clean and user-friendly design that helped build trust around our brand.

After having the website design ready, we started working on the launch campaigns, where we needed to create ad content, print design and social media posts, all of which were done successfully by Robert and his team. Later on, during our first few months of activity, we iterated through several marketing campaigns having awesome creatives done working closely with the design team.

Very good project management. Assumed ownership over the design phase of our project and demonstrated initiative with innovative ideas when things were stagnating. Most of the times, the designs were completed before we were ready for the web development process, so we didn't experience delays.

It's not easy finding an answer to this question when talking about Nuova, but I'll say that they should get more resources to help with managing more requests simultaneously. Also, it would be nice if they offered more in depth support for print design services.

We had a client that came to us to redesign their website and their SaaS Dashboard on both desktop and mobile. We didn't have such capacity at the moment and that's why we reached out to Nuova's team. We know that they specialize in full-cycle design services and we were sure of the high quality of their work.

We were collaborating with Nuova for a very long time before that project and that's why we faced such a challenge, they were the first we thought about.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First of all, we redesigned the website. In order to do that we were discussing possible options and references to come up with a final approach. As a result, we chose a very style that contains big typography, strong visual elements, and clear calls to action to attract the attention of the visitors. The Nuova team also suggested highlighting all the strengths of the software and the team.

One of the key solutions was to present parts of the app so the visitors get the feeling of how the user of the app would be. The next stage was the redesign of the SaaS dashboard. Here the main attention was paid to the navigation. We were aiming to keep it consistent and native.

Last but not least was the mobile navigation challenge. Nuova's team suggested designing it in an action tab on the bottom of the screen just like a native app would have it because the users are very used to navigating like this.

We are totally satisfied with the results and the delivery of this project. The client's team trusted us to push the boundaries and challenge their initial brand assumptions, letting us reveal a new approach for their website and SaaS app which really changed the face of the brand to be modern, attractive, and easy to use for the customers.

The workflow was organized perfectly. We had regular team syncs and everyone was satisfied with the communication. NUOVA Digital was a team of great specialists and professionals.
