Please describe your company and your position there.

My company, Alex IT Enterprises, Inc. is provider of a varied of IT Services and Advising.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ZIVER.info, and what were your goals?

Tax declaration was close, and my company didn’t have an ERP. We knew that ZIVER.info were working with Odoo ERP. So, we decided to implement it with their help. After that, we needed some help with the load if old bills, and they also helped us with that.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Johann, ZIVER.info’s owner and our CEO studied together at the university. They were aware about each one’s career and they trust each other’s professionalism.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We meet by videocall and we told them our needs, the proposed us Odoo ERP and we asked for a demo. They provided us the demo in the next day and after some tests we agreed on the project.

We had studied previously about Odoo too. Then, they implemented Odoo in a VPS and gave us the access credentials. After that, we meet other several times to learn about the usability of the tool and processes, they helped us to automate some of our tasks somewhere inside the code.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were two of them, the project manager who acted as adviser too and one developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the implementation of the ERP our tax declarations and the control of the accounting has been easy.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

First week, we had to meet like three times, after that we were posted about the project advance weekly. When any question arised, we solved it with a call but often, communication was by chat or by mail. Everything flued smoot and fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us more, was their ability to work remotely and their deep understanding of our needs from the beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After we started use the tool our views seemed to disconnect from server, and we told them. They fixed it by adjusting some values in server and we never faced that problem again.
