I run a web design company that specializes in web design and user experience. I'm one of the founding partners.

We're a design company, capable of creating websites that convert traffic to visitors, but we aren't experts at generating web traffic, so we reached out to Zima Media for help improving our exposure on Google's organic search.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our targeted, customer-demographic organic web traffic.

I've worked on websites where Zima Media had done the SEO, and realized they were a great team to hire to help with our company site SEO.

Zima Media did keyword and topical research, bringing good ideas for optimizing existing sales pages and ideas for new sales pages, blog posts, etc.

What was the team composition?

I'm not 100% sure, but I know Mike, Damien, and Olga played a role in the work they did for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen an increase in impressions on Google and more importantly, qualified leads through our contact form.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very efficient. I received emails, spreadsheets, and videos outlining their work, thought processes, etc.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the coordinated effort to get the job done correctly the first time. I've seen too many SEO companies do it wrong, then spend months trying to figure it out. Zima Media cuts out all the time-wasting.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Having more "a la carte" or creative solutions to gain social exposure (which could lead into more search exposure) would be great, but the work they implement is effective and does the trick.

I needed someone to guide me through the initial SEO requirements for websites. Not only the backend programming services but an overall lead into the SEO applicability.

A better understanding of SEO and the applicability of the concepts for my site.

Research through reviews on Fivrr service providers based on what services were offered.

Basically a review and audit of SEO principles, create SEO files for Bluehost solution, and provide post-project training material for future use.

Two person team on the Zima side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Saw an immediate uptick on site reviews within a 30 day period while project was being completed. Was provided and reviewed content that was relevant and helpful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective communication. They were prompt and responsive to my questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Was very happy about the content provided and the understanding of my needs. They know their job and certainly know what to do to help out a novice.

A little early for me to speculate on that. I will be using their services again.
