Zestard Technologies was incredibly responsive. They were very good at communicating through Slack, email, and video calls. Due to the nature of the work, they weren’t always able to meet deadlines; however, they always made up time.

We were very particular about what we wanted. Zestard Technologies approached the project — which had strict rules and specifications — with a positive attitude.

The links could have directed site visitors to more relevant pages. We let them know whenever there was a better fit, but that wasn't often an issue.

Be very specific about the sort of links that you want and the type of websites you want those links to be housed.

We came in contact with Boni Satani from Zestard technologies when we were in the development stage of our new website, as we were migrating the website, there were chances of web traffic loss during the migration. So our main goal was to migrate the website with all SEO activities in place and recover the web traffic lost during the migration stage.

I have been in touch with Boni Satani before for understanding the SEO technicalities, and he has sound knowledge about it. I knew about the detailed process that he follows so that customer knows each and every stage and aspect of SEO activity.

Our engagement began with the Audit stage, where our old website was first audited on which keywords we were ranking and what were all metrics and links that website had. Later it had to be implemented into the new one and the whole website had to be worked on for various SEO aspects. Carry out proper SEO on-page activities so that the website is discovered on various keywords on SERP rankings and set up brand mentioning and listening activities along with link-building activities to have more brand visibility.

After all the activities were carried out smoothly, we did gain the website traffic that we lost during the migration stage and also we achieved SERP rankings on various keywords.

With a higher authority and popularity, your rankings grow. Because we're taking the slow and steady method, our growth happened incrementally. Over a period of 12 months, we now see a clear trajectory in the positive direction.

Most of our communication happens over email. Their team is very organized so we rarely meet. With more projects, we'll meet them more and more.

We have had a strong online identity now and can facilitate immediate sales through the website. The shipping and order tracking system notifies us about new orders in a trice, and appropriate weight details automate the pricing likewise. It is a good representation of our business presently.

We had some technical issues surrounding SEO and our rankings with Google that we have worked with Zestard Technologies to help counter so that we can start gaining in the rankings again.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They focus mostly on improving our website’s SEO. We tell them what keywords we are looking to target, and then they go away and handle research and implementation to try to figure out ways to improve our performance on those pages.

A lot of the SEO relies on our site structure, so they do some light coding there, but Zestard Technologies does some feature development for us as well. If there are any changes we need to make, regarding new features or general customization, they take care of it. We just tell them what we need, and their team makes it happen.

They supply a monthly report on everything they’ve done and how we’re performing. We’re not totally equipped to analyze how much progress has been made based on those numbers, but it does seem that the changes we set in motion when we started working with them are finally paying off. Improving SEO can be a long process, but we’re very happy with the results that we’ve achieved.

They do a good job with project management. All of our communication is funneled through our project manager, and we contact him regularly through Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that you can reach out to them at almost any time and get an immediate response is pretty incredible. Not only will they respond right away, but they almost always solve your problem extremely quickly, which we really appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think we’ve pretty much accomplished everything that we require from them, so I don’t think there’s really much room for improvement from our perspective. If there was anything, we would be able to point it out to them and they would make a change, so we haven’t had any problems.

The Zestard Technologies team is very knowledgeable in terms of what they do. I think it’s good to give them some sort of context for the work that you are requesting from them. You will be able to move a lot faster if you know exactly what you need and communicate that to them in as much detail as possible.
