Zercom Infotech has set up Google Ads, maintained our website, and helped with lead generation. The team has provided us with both web development and design services on our existing website, which displays our services. They’ve also provided us with digital marketing and SEO services.

Thanks to Zercom's work, our leads have increased by 20%–30%, and the sources for lead generation have increased. Our Google ranking has also increased; SEO has had a huge impact on the ranking.

They’re professional and timely in their communication. They've handled everything that has been communicated to them. As for tools, we use email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I'm unsure which tools they use on the backend.

They could improve their tools and focus more on the budgeting portion of the project; this has been a concern for me, and we don't have a full solution for that.

We started with a discovery phase where the SEP team dived into our business, our values and objectives. We explored market research, reviewed analytics and came up with a solid keyword strategy for our Google Ads campaign. The SEP team setup the campaigns and continue to monitor closely. We are provided with detailed, transparent reporting which we discuss bi-weekly.

Since implementing our campaigns we have increased our visibility on Google which has resulted in an increase of traffic to our website.

I appreciate the honesty and transparency the SEP team displays. We receive detailed reporting with explanations and recommendations. The Zercom Infotech team is very knowledgeable and has built strong relationships with Google and Facebook, which benefits us as clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zercom Infotech could have done differently?

This isn't a bad quality however I find them to be modest. They don't try and oversell themselves or push their services on you. While we don't want services pushed on us it would be nice to have services recommended and not have to ask about them.

They needed to take our existing campaigns and run them more effectively as well as set up new campaigns as needed. Through the agency we have also trialed some CRO campaigns and just started running some facebook campaigns. They report back daily on a micro level, weekly with more detail and monthly, they present to the rest of the directors of the company.

PPC spent approx. £5.6k more in December YoY, delivering £45k more revenue vs. 2018. ROI was up 53%, due to strong performance coming through from Shopping (393% ROI vs. 270% last year). PPC Revenue target was exceeded by 95%

There has been the odd occasion where automation has perhaps been relied upon too much and a manual check of our account was needed in order to spot a campaign that wasnt working.
