While our consultancy had strong offline relationships and years of hands-on retail experience, our online visibility wasn’t where we wanted it to be. People who needed our kind of help whether large retail businesses or newer ecommerce brands — weren’t finding us easily online. If we could ask for one improvement, it would be a bit more help on competitor tracking. While their work was strong, we sometimes wished there was more regular comparison to what our direct competitors were doing. We ended up asking for this midway, and they did respond quickly but it would’ve been great if it was part of the process from the start.
Also, sometimes we found the reports a little too long. While they were detailed, a shorter summary upfront (like a simple one-page view) would’ve saved us time on busy weeks. But honestly, that’s just us nitpicking their support has been excellent.
