Bradley set up our accounts, came up with ideas for tests for different channels, approaches, promotions, and more to set up baseline metrics, and work on improving them

It was easy, Bradley came in every week brimming with ideas and tests and kept pushing the projects forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zeller Media is a powerhouse — they have deep experiences not just in paid acquisition but in overall marketing so the paid acquisition will be more effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Bradley is brash and direct and will tell you exactly what he thinks. If you need a gentle approach, he may not be for you!!

They first reviewed our current website. They presented an idea for a new website and a strategy to organize it to make it more user friendly and generate more traffic. They reviewed terms our customers would use in searches that could potentially lead them to our website, and proposed a marketing strategy for which terms to target. They implemented our new marketing strategy with the tools the Zeller Media team has on hand.

All aspects of our interactions with Zeller Media were handled with Bradley Zeller. He was fantastic in every way.

We are very happy with our results. Our website traffic and lead generation have increased consistently since we began using Zeller Media's services.

Very effective. Zeller Media provides consistent updates on how we are doing, what is working, and what we can do to further improve things.

The work ethic shown by Zeller is incredible. He is very hands on and did everything we could ask for. His knowledge and expertise in this area is unmatched from what I have seen elsewhere.

At first, we did a Skype call to go over the details of what we were looking for and the platforms that we wanted to use — they already had everything in place to start working. Zeller Media is great at identifying the areas that we want to generate the leads from so we don’t waste money getting leads for areas that aren’t useful for us. We’ve been creating our websites, doing PPC, and geo-targeting to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

We’ve spent around $1,400 with them so far.

We’ve received 70% more leads than those we were getting from other companies; besides, Zeller Media’s leads tend to be more verified. It’s a very personal engagement because they dig into what we need and do research to keep us updated to make sure we’re getting what we need.

They do excellent; everything’s organized, detailed, and they’re always available and on top of things. We usually communicate through email, text, and we have monthly video calls to check on things.

Their customer service skills are impressive; they’re very personable, easy to work with, and they listen to our needs.

The outcome of the project was a success in that we were able to achieve a cost of acquisition similar to other channels that required us to committ upfront in advance; therefore, with this project we were able to prove out alternative channels where we could flexibly manage our spend with more short term controls.

The scheduling was very responsive, and his team was very responsive to feedback and turned around changes promptly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was incredibly impressed with the speed with which the company grasped our specific business goals, turned it into a recommendation for action, executed the campaigns, and managed them.

As a high-growth company, we truly found someone that was able to operate with our sense of urgency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bradley (Managing Partner) manages our Google Ads and PPC campaigns. He also does keyword research for us, but we don’t have a large bucket of words. They’re just around 5–6 phrases, and Zeller Media focuses on optimizing those keywords for us to show up on search results at the right time. Bradley’s main focus is tweaking our budget on a daily basis and making changes to the PPC campaign.

Bradley is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Zeller Media?

They were recommended by a mutual friend. We met out at a restaurant, and we were talking about PPC. I worked with another PPC company before, but it only lasted for two and a half weeks. Zeller Media was so much better, so I stayed with them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in August 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Bradley controls the lifeline of my business. I look at what I’m spending and what I’m getting. For every dollar I put in, I ask what I get. We should be closing our third $80,000 deal soon, and we’ve had a $100,000 deal prior to that. If I totaled everything I’ve spent on Google Ads while working with Zeller, we'd easily have $500,000 in revenue. 

How did Zeller Media perform from a project management standpoint?

As far as project management is concerned, Zeller Media is really good. Bradley does what you tell him needs to happen. We communicate by text and email. If we're spending too much on one channel and I need to tell them to shut the ads, I can just text them to do so. 

If I do a spot check and see that we’re not showing up first for a certain keyword, I’ll tell them about it. Then, after 45 minutes, they’ll tell me it’s fixed. It’s like having a good friend that’s great at their job. It's a pretty personal relationship, which is nice because we run a personal business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out to me about Bradley is that he tells me things I need to hear even if I don’t want to. When I go to him with an idea, such as targeting a certain demographic at a certain time of the day, he’ll explain to me why it may or may not work. Overall, as much as he’s good at his job, he’s also good at managing my expectations as the owner and operator of the business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t. I can’t think of anything that I dislike about them. They’re responsive, professional, and easy to talk to. They know how to translate what we want into actual action. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you know a little bit about what you want, that’s always helpful. For instance, I knew for a fact that Bradley could do keyword research better than a lot of other people. As a result, I’ve gone to him knowing that I need to show up on top of the page when somebody types the keywords we’re targeting.

I’m the director of sales and marketing for a financial services firm. We’re a B2C platform and we service people that are receiving payments from annuity and structured settlements, so payment overtime and liquid assets. Overall they’ve performed really well. We measure how many total leads are turning into real opportunities, as well as managing the cost per qualified lead.

How did Zeller Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. I’m really impressed with the responsiveness as well as the organization ideas and strategies that they bring to the table. They’re very collaborative. We have a pretty close relationship where we talk on the phone pretty regularly. They’re also pretty timely with reports and adjusting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I know they have other campaigns they’re managing but they make us feel like we’re the only ones. The attention that they put into our campaign and our business is really appreciated. They’re very professional and have good experience.

No, I can’t think of anything.

Take the time to get to know Bradley and his company. He seems to have a grasp of what’s best in class and how to navigate the choppy waters of paid search. I think you’ll be pleased if you give him a shot.

If a person in my area makes a Medicare-related search, they’re directed to a page that encourages them to input their information. I receive that information via email and text and then reach out to them offering my services. They also connected us with another vendor who helped create our web page.

They recommended several different client management software packages. We use CallRail to track the phone calls, which I primarily use. There are different tools that Zeller Media uses.
