There were 4 other possible vendors, but most of them were disqualified due to inexperience or estimated costs. It was essential for us to select a reliable long term partner who was equally committed to long term and reliable support.
Since Zeliant were already partners with many other organization in delivering bespoke software solutions we went ahead with them. The selection process involved ME; as the marketing head, the National Sales Head and Product managers
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Zeliant designed, developed, configured, and launched a new backend business management solution. The project began with a discovery workshop, which let us reach a mutual understanding of the business challenges and goals.
Once we approved the workflows, wireframes, and mockups, the actual production began in the form of defining the SoW. The functional versions were ready for user testing and feedback every three weeks.
Improvements were made during each sprint thanks to key suggestions from their developers & requirement analysts
What was the team composition?
There were approx 5 team members from Zeliant including developers, testers and requirement analysts. Our side had a similar team composition which were interacting with Zeliant during the development and rollout of the solution
