We are a marketing and design company based in the state of Michigan. We work with medium to large businesses within the United States. We focus on developing custom solutions that best fit the needs of our clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zeksta Technology Pvt Ltd, and what were your goals?

We worked with Zeksta Technology to develop a highly custom auction management solution for our client. The project included implementing solutions for managing auction inventory, inventory item inspection, administrative user management, basic user management, auction creation, advanced proxy bidding function, auction bid history logging, item invoicing, generating required per-item documentation. The solution included a robust administrative dashboard, and a development of a user-friendly responsive website. The solution required many custom features unique to the requirements of our client.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spent time researching a variety of development companies both in the US and overseas. We were referred by another development company to utilize Zeksta Technology. After reaching out to them we found that they were very responsive. They took the time to fully understand the scope of our project. And were able to provide a cost effective development quote to deliver the final outcome we desired. They offer a full stack development team and we're able to deliver on all requested functionality.

Our team worked with the client to determine the full scope of the project. Our project management staff worked directly with the team of developers at Zeksta Technology, to gather all needed information from the client. Once the scope was defined and confirmed, Zeksta Technology began development of the solution. As each phase of the project was completed we scheduled regular meetings with the client to go over the completed tasks. The team at Zeksta Technology quickly implemented any requested changes in the design and work to satisfy the client's desires in a very efficient manner.

After completing the different phases of the development, the development team also helped review and test all requested functionality. The final outcome was very thorough and included all of the requested functionality. The client was very satisfied with the outcome and their internal efficiencies have dramatically improved. Their user base has also found the new platform to be much more user-friendly and has allowed the client to expand their business, while providing a solution that is much better than any of their local competitors. Providing them a with a competitive edge in their market.

We worked with five individuals. We worked with staff members involved with project management, user experience and graphic designers, and specialized programmers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our company and our client were very impressed with the final outcome. The staff at Zeksta is very professional and highly-skilled. We will be using them for other custom development projects in the future.

The team at Zeksta was very responsive and accessible. We communicated via Skype and through email. We also attended regular Zoom meetings. Project communication was consistent and when questions or further clarification was needed they were responsive and happy to help!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zeksta Technology is very well equipped to handle complex development projects. Their team is highly-skilled and able to utilize the latest in technology and programming languages to deliver scalable solutions. Their project management team is very organized and easy to communicate with. Overall, their team was very impressive and capable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a marketing and development company we contract with different designers and development companies. It is hard to find good developers who communicate effectively. Overall there were no complaints. The team was very accommodating and willing to facilitate special requests and were willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our client. Could not ask for a better development company!

The logo has gone through several iterations before we’ve decided on its final version. They’ve then developed our website based on the design elements of the logo, including its color scheme, font, and theme.
