Zbrex produced a range of high-quality visual assets for our high-end jewelry brand, including product imagery, branded graphics, and creative content used across marketing. Deliverables included product photos, videos, social media posters, and banners.

We found Zbrex through an online search and a referral. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Zbrex in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear improvements in brand consistency and the overall quality of our visual assets after working with Zbrex. While we haven't tracked numerical metrics at this early stage, our team has consistently noted clearer brand alignment and a visible jump in the polish of our visual materials. Our brand team believes that the quality and aesthetics of these visual contents are quite good.

How did Zbrex perform from a project management standpoint?

Zbrex provides work on time. We primarily communicate with Zbrex via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

I found Zbrex's delivery speed astonishing. At the same time, they've maintained a high level of aesthetics and haven't wasted much time conveying our needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I hope Zbrex can add a few more communication touchpoints, as the current flow is a bit minimal. However, the overall outcome has been positive.
