Guys started with an audit of our content and reworked the information architecture so services, industries, team, and insights each have a clear place. They designed and implemented a clean, mobile-first interface, connected it to a CMS with proper roles, and set up an intake flow with conditional questions and routing to the right lawyer. Compliance pieces were handled too: privacy and cookie notices, LegalService and FAQ schema, and transparent disclaimers. Performance was tuned so pages open quickly. We received a staging environment for reviews and short editor guides so our administrators can publish advisories and case notes on their own.

They had a PM who left in the beginning of the project and it was very abrupt.  She told me she was leaving but I didn't hear it from the manager of the team.  I would recommend in those situations that the manager step in front of someone leaving the project and let their clients know first and as soon as possible instead of the person who's leaving informing the clients.  This will give the manager the chance to set the clients at ease that the company is committed to working past the small setback.

I would also recommend that they provide updates on a regular cadence as a procedure.  I would say no more than 3 days should go by without providing some type of status.  It helps to build confidence with the client.
