BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of software solutions for a healthcare software company. We provide patient tracking and patient flow tools in addition to marketing solutions for healthcare organizations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Zablesoft?

At the time, we were building a software system to manage online listing data for healthcare organizations and providers. We reached out to Zablesoft to handle the development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Since it’s a fairly proprietary product, I can’t go into too many details. However, Zablesoft demonstrated excellent skills in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and cloud hosting. They also helped with the interface design.

What is the team composition?

They assigned a couple of developers as well as a team leader. We had daily meetings to go over the product development along with the roadmap for the next day and upcoming weeks.

How did you come to work with Zablesoft?

We found them online through software development portals. They had great experience in software development seemed like they could understand our business requirements and implement those into an actual software platform.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their work lasted from Q3 2017–Q3 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We already have two beta customers coming onboard with the new product.

How did Zablesoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed excellently, and I couldn't have expected any better. The team was not only willing but wanted to hold daily meetings on the production status. In terms of project management tools, we mostly used Excel online to coordinate the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical knowledge and availability stood out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any constructive feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I've worked with software development teams for many years, and Zablesoft is at the top of the best by far. I’d highly recommend them to any organization looking for software development.
