Invoice Generator
Online financial operations system for managing invoices, payments and contractors. Develop according to requirements the web system from scratch
The whole functional part of the system was organized as set of sections of a different purpose, some of them are:
- generating invoices,
-managing existing invoices( work with statuses, sending to the recipients etc),
- managing company details,
- managing products and services that are available for usage per company,
- basic customer management.

Office Climate IOT system
Build from scratch system for controlling working conditions in the office. Intuitive and applicable system to control internal office environment.
To make the system applicable for decision making we added in the infrastructure visualization dashboard and push notification together with active monitoring logic that tracked the range of acceptable environment parameters values and informed the team when those were lower than recommended.

Claims Online
Claims Online is Web platform for insurance clients and services management. Specific CRM system for managing data for insurance agents/agencies.
As a solution a web platform with intuitive dashboard was suggested. For the dashboard we chose clean and easy in implementation UI template.
One of the most reliable and popular PHP frameworks Laravel was responsible for handling the backend logic of the insurance management system.
The platform also allowed to ensure the transfer period: we implemented a mechanism of importing old type files.

The concept, which originated with an employee at a local industrial door company, was intended to streamline the inspection process of fire doors at large buildings, facilitating compliance with safety requirements. Following the design and requirements we provided, YSBM Group developed the solution with an iOS tablet app and custom API to a web application.

The project team included an iOS developer, a PHP developer, and a Python developer, as well as QA resources and a technical project manager.

Our client has experienced a significant reduction in the time needed for door inspections and the subsequent paperwork required for each reporting authority. Doors are inspected annually, so the real returns will come next year when doors are reinspected, and the technician won’t need to enter door specifications and information a second time.
