We have in-person meetings, but we usually communicate on Google Meet or text messages. They usually finish their tasks in a timely manner, and they use Jira to manage the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They work quickly and pretty well. They know what they’re doing and they produce clean code that we can expand on. At one point, we’ve had to implement minor changes, and they’ve been able to do that without any hesitation.
