The scope of work focused on end-to-end B2B lead generation and sales development for companies operating vehicle fleets. The objective was to identify and engage companies with fleets of cars that required professional car wash services.

The team handled prospect research and targeting, outbound outreach to relevant decision-makers, lead qualification, and the scheduling of sales meetings with high-intent prospects. Over a four-month period, they delivered 46 qualified leads. From these leads, 39 meetings were successfully scheduled and held, resulting in 22 sales opportunities. To date, 7 of those opportunities have converted into signed clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their project management was well-structured and highly responsive. We had weekly calls to review progress, discuss results, and align on next steps. In addition to the scheduled meetings, we also communicated frequently by phone whenever quick adjustments or clarifications were needed.

They consistently delivered on time and were proactive in identifying potential issues. After about two weeks, they noticed a problem with the database and immediately brought it to our attention. We reviewed the situation together, adjusted the targeting, and the campaign continued to perform very well afterward.

They relied heavily on our feedback and quickly implemented changes, making the collaboration smooth and efficient. Overall, their communication, transparency, and adaptability played an important role in the success of the project.
