The project manager is so nice and communicative. The whole team is also nice and responsive. They are very open to our feedbacks and giving solutions to it.

They listened to our concerns and gave feedback, as well as solutions.

They are also willing to do weekly progress meeting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xpandeast could have done differently?

Some of the phone numbers from the data couldnt be contacted. But it's only like 2% of the data (by far). So it is still acceptable for us. Other thing, there are also some Leads that has right name, valid phone numbers, but they never worked at the respective company. But this one also only like 10 Leads from 2,000 Leads. So it is still acceptable for us.

We engaged Xpandeast to oversee our substantial incoming lead volume. Less than five minutes was the required speed to lead, with an emphasis on interest and financial pre-qualification prior to setting up a conversation with our sales team. The objective was to change from an internal team to a full-service team under Xpandeast's management and direction. We hired them to handle incoming leads as well as serve as sales assistants. 

We discovered that we needed help managing the lead data in our CRM, organizing contracts and scheduling reschedules for our sales team, sending critical follow-ups, and managing the complete sales pipeline in an assistant-level capacity. After they completed these two tasks, we increased our involvement and used LinkedIn and targeted emails to create extremely strategic outbound appointments. 

After two years, we still have four SDR representatives working with them because they performed so well in every aspect.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Number of incoming leads were handled. 
• Lead inquiry to first contact speed (has to be 5 minutes) for incoming leads. 
• The quantity of qualifying meetings that were scheduled based on incoming lead inquiries and the rationale (disposition) for the non-qualification. 
• We tracked the number of prospects engaged, the conversion rate, the average lead conversion time, and the channel approach that produced the highest conversion when it came to outbound lead generation.

Each project is finished on time. Proactively, the team offers suggestions. We were particularly pleased with Xpandeast's ability to maintain modest size despite having a big footprint. It means that even if they have a whole project team working on our program, I am still able to work closely with their founders.

They go above and beyond to ensure the program functions. Selling is difficult. I understand that. Furthermore, no guarantees exist. Thus, you must trust the agency's experience, just like when employing a full-time employee. Since Xpandeast is founder-run, they have unmatched experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xpandeast could have done differently?

Not that I can think of, to be honest.
