Developed a scalable solution, UI interface was very satisfying. The user retentions were greater, also end audiance feedabck was overehelming to hear.

I’m the founder and CEO of a private chef provider company. We book personal chefs in southern New Jersey. We hire chefs as independent contractors, book them, and provide them with everything they need to create a menu for the clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xonest Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.?

We wanted to minimize the time and effort of our clients in terms of booking chefs, so we needed to develop a website from scratch with a booking system service for our business. I was using a cloud-based web development service for my site, but it didn’t look professional enough.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took my ideas and translated them into an excellent website using WordPress. They initially designed and integrated a booking form, but that expanded into the entire website development with Stripe as a payment processor. They’re currently providing maintenance to our site as a freelance service in terms of edits, changes to the coding, and checking the booking processes.

I’m mainly working with Shubham (Business Development Manager).

I found them at Upwork, looked at their portfolio, and their previous work resonated well with what we’re trying to achieve as a brand. After that, I reached out to them, and they had a great understanding of what we were looking for in terms of booking processes.

How much have you invested with them?

I’m currently paying them an hourly rate of $30, so we’ve spent around $25,000 until this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The amount of traffic that we generate on the website has skyrocketed since we updated the site. The booking system is working great, and we’re pleased with the way we’re expanding and the success we’re getting at this point of the project.

We’re now bringing about 2,000 people to the website on an average day. Also, we’re doubling the conversion rate of people booking with us.

Their turnaround times are top! They have things done within a day, even when I tell them that they can wait until next week. In terms of communication, we connect via Upwork and email. Additionally, they’re up and working whenever I try to communicate with them despite the time differences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The efficiency of their work and their ability to implement our needs are outstanding. Whenever I give them an idea, they come back to replicate what I had in mind.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m so happy to continue working with them.

Trust them, let them know the direction that you want to go, and let them run with it.

My goal for this project was to have a more appealing and responsive website—something that would exude credibility when I meet with clients.

I requested proposals from several firms that I found through an online search. I awarded the work to Xonest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. because I was pleased with the quality of their past work and case studies. They were not the most inexpensive option, but I prioritized high-quality deliverables over attempting to save a little extra money.

I relied on their team for the entirety of the development process. They made several suggestions regarding the interface and the backend that would allow me to manage the site on my own. In addition to developing the website, they made a tutorial that helped me to control all of its content without compromising functionality. I mistakenly deleted something once, however, and they were able to correct my mistake with ease.

Prior to this project, I didn’t receive many responses from prospective clients because my website didn’t reflect legitimacy. But now, my business is thriving because I can put a credible and professional digital presence in front of my clients.

Shubham explained all of the project’s complexities to me, and he addressed all of my concerns. He proved to be very trustworthy.

We communicated very well together. They were quite responsive when I had issues managing my website after the development wrapped up. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking to improve their website and branding. I have tremendous confidence in their development team.

Their communication was my favorite part of working with them. He is incredible. I joke with him but I’m quite serious that it is as if he doesn’t sleep.

He literally did with nobody else could.

He could be more proactive in finding certain technological solutions. But considering how well he is able to adapt and employ anything necessary, you really find yourself quite forgiving!
