What was the scope of their involvement?

XL Digital Partners provides SEO and PPC services for us. First, they performed keyword research for us. Then, their team optimized our site and fixed any broken links. They are directly responsible for generating leads and driving traffic to our website.

How did you come to work with XL Digital Partners?

I liked one of their emails that I received. They were very direct and had experience in my industry. Paul was able to show me historical data of another language company that they managed, so we decided to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We use Google Analytics to track our progress. Our organic traffic has increased by over 500%. We are very happy with XL Digital Partners. They’re easy to work with.

How did XL Digital Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams primarily communicate via phone and email. We also do quarterly reviews. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The XL Digital Partners team is incredibly responsive. Paul always makes sure I get my questions answered. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would like to see a bit more detail in their quarterly reports. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I have recommended them to many of my peers. Make sure you do your homework. There are lots of questions they will ask you that will force you to evaluate your business, but the more you can prepare the more value they can offer.
