We engaged Xantrioned to strengthen the our IT security posture and improve operational stability through proactive maintenance, continuous monitoring, endpoint protection, and cloud environment hygiene.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Xantrion’s proactive IT management is a refreshingly rare change from the usual “wait for something to break” routine. Instead of reacting to problems after they disrupt operations, they identify likely risks early and resolve them before they turn into incidents. That forward-looking approach has noticeably improved both system reliability and our security posture. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xantrion could have done differently?

The only real opportunity for improvement was during the initial identity-monitoring setup, which took longer than expected to fine-tune to our exact requirements. That said, Xantrion stayed on it—quickly iterating through adjustments, tightening configurations, and responding promptly to feedback. As a result, the service is now stable, reliable, and well-aligned to our needs, and their persistence throughout the rollout ultimately delivered a strong, effective outcome.

Office downsize forced a relocation of server room and internet/network hardware and renegotiating contracts with service providers. Remodel required new hardware installation, wiring, network access, installation of new desktop equipment and troubleshooting. Also provided ewaste services for retiring equipment/hardware.

All services are in working order; we are 100% cloud based; users can connect seamlessly when working in office; all contracts have been updated/renegotiated; positive feedback from employees on the state of the office and technology upgrades
