We started working with x100.digital in July 2019. I’ve moved to another company, but we’re still working with them here, as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got pretty good results from the first day of launching the website. I received about 20 calls from customers looking to buy our product on the first day we launched it. x100.digital is focused on achieving the best performance for their clients. I really recommend this company.

How did x100.digital perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was good. It took them 2–3 weeks to create the website and launch advertising on Google. We communicated through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

x100.digital is a really good company and they’ve helped us make our business better. I am satisfied with the partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have delivered an excellent number of leads at a great cost per lead through their marketing services, so we have been extremely pleased with the results so far. Their work has allowed us to focus on what we do and increased our overall revenue as a result.

How did ZRN perform from a project management standpoint?

I speak with them directly and they are always willing to respond to any questions and requests that I have right away. They do a great job of explaining everything to my team so that they know exactly where to pick up with all of the leads that they deliver to us.

They have demonstrated an incredible level of commitment to our team and project since we started working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints. They have consistently been cheaper and higher quality than any provider we have worked with in the past.

The first requirement was they had to have professional skills to help our clients get results in the first month of our cooperation. They promoted our client’s lead generation with Google Ads and Facebook.

We had worked with the founder in the past as a freelancer. We decided to work with them because they speak Russian and they were certified by Google. They have some digital passports because some of them worked at Google before.

Our work began in March 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Advertisement is very risky in my opinion. Your risks are advertisement budgets, payment for digital agencies and also it could be risky for your brand. I like when all the team focuses on achieving results to make all that profitable. Returning of investments is the most important thing in advertisement. They make it profitable so I’m glad to work with them.

How did ZRN perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a good cooperation and communication. We used Messenger WhatsApp. We could even communicate on the weekend. They met deadlines. They sent out regular reports. We are satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

ZRN focus on results. If we pay for one instrument they work with for example Google Ads, they can include Remarketing for free just to get better effects for the whole project. Also, I like the way how they treat clients. They have very good accounting, even on the weekend. You can always get all the information or discuss important proposals with your private consultant.

 Are there any areas where they could improve?

Perhaps some operational moments. I, as a client, do not see the disadvantages of this company.

In addition to creating websites, we provide our clients with a set of services, one of these services is Internet marketing. The ZRN company is our virtual marketing department.

For all time we have spent more than 10 advertising campaigns for our clients. I want to highlight the professionalism of the company's employees, as well as the high level of customer service: constant communication, the creation of presentations and ongoing consultations.

What were your goals for this project?

Achieve maximum advertising results for our clients.

How did you select this vendor?

We are constantly working to improve the quality of our services. It is very important that after the cooperation the client returns when he has new tasks for us.

We always approach very carefully the choice of employees and partners. After testing the company ZRN on small projects, we were convinced of their competence and are now cooperating with them on an ongoing basis.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

In most cases, we provide projects related to PPC in advertising systems: Google Adwords and Yandex direct. However, it also happens that we need help in projects related to social networks and promotion on the Youtube.

Every time we launch a new advertising project, we appeal to the ZRN to prepare an advertising strategy that would help achieve the project's goals. In it they describe what tools the Internet promotion is better to use and why it should be done.

What was the team composition?

A huge plus of cooperation was that there are no people in the firm who only deal with customers, and others only with setting up advertising campaigns. Each employee is an expert in Internet advertising, starting from junior specialists and finishing with the director of the company. I personally contacted Eugene Zadorin, the founder of an advertising agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We conducted a large number of projects. Some of clients finished our cooperation because they were not satisfied with something. Most clients have increased their business performance.

For example: for the second year now we will conduct an advertising campaign for the B2b platform, in the promotion of which we use absolutely all advertising channels.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I noted earlier, the level of service deserves praise. We constantly received answers to the questions of interest in the near future. You can always phone and solve the momentary questions. The large distance between our companies did not affect efficiency in any case.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was amazed at the level of knowledge of the specialists of this company. Their main goal was to achieve the result of the client, in some cases we spent much less money to achieve these goals than planned. The agency does not work for a percentage of any companies, the most important thing for them is to do their job qualitatively

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improvements are an ongoing process. From my point of view, you can think about opening a representative office in Moscow.

I would like to express gratitude to Eugene and all x100 team! Thanks to their work, our company was able to achieve good results from unprofitable advertising to more than 600% ROI. We gained a foothold in the Polish market and provided 6 big advertising campaigns for the last 6 months. In addition to quality work, I note that x100 team is always in touch, tries new approaches and quickly responds to the new ideas implementing them in project.

We had a big experience working with other digital companies in Poland, but there was no such harmonious work with anyone else like with a ZRN. I recommend Eugene and his team to everyone for large projects and small projects.
