Get your allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic medicines, vitamins & nutrition supplements and other health-related products delivered at home. Lab tests? That too in the comfort of your home. Doctor consult? Yes, we got that covered too.

I’m the CEO of Trisha Cakes N Bakes, a bakery.

What challenge were you trying to address with X-CELLENT TECHNOLOGIES?

We needed someone to develop a website and improve our online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

X-CELLENT designed and developed a website for us featuring photos of our baked goods. I sent them the images of my cakes, and they featured them on the site. They also help us with our marketing on Facebook and Instagram. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with 6–7 people, including one designer.

How did you come to work with X-CELLENT TECHNOLOGIES?

A friend suggested them to me, so I went to their office and saw some of their work. They were young and keen to explore new projects, so I went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our business has been doing very well, and our work has tripled. Thanks to their social media efforts, our sales have grown 50%–60% higher than we’ve gotten in the last 3–4 years. The design is professional and excellent. X-CELLENT worked their magic with the images I gave them.

How did X-CELLENT TECHNOLOGIES perform from a project management standpoint?

X-CELLENT delivers ahead of time. They’re always available, even when I call them at late hours. We communicate via phone calls and WhatsApp. If I call them in the morning asking for something, they deliver it within 1.5–2 hours. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a new team, but they’re all very experienced. I appreciate the ideas they give me because it’s very clear and simple. I like their kind of creativity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve. If I ask the team to do something, they do it.
