Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the product and content marketing manager of PAR, a technology solutions company for convenience and fuel retailers. We offer loyalty programs, payments, and personalized digital experiences to increase customer engagement, visits, and sales.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Wyzowl?

We hired Wyzowl to create an explainer video about our program management capabilities. We had struggled in the past to showcase why our program management sets us apart from competitors, so we needed a video to highlight how we are a dedicated partner to our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wyzowl did a discovery phase to learn more about our program management capabilities. From there, they wrote the script, hired the voice-over artist, helped us with the style of animation, and created the video. We went through a few iterations for the script, and they were very receptive to our feedback and made edits quickly. We hadn't used any illustrations in our branding in the past, so they helped us develop the look and feel of those.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 3–4 teammates from Wyzowl.

How did you come to work with Wyzowl?

We found them through an online search. We had a call with Adam to learn more about Wyzowl and their process. He was such a delight to chat with that we knew they'd be a fantastic partner. We also appreciated their very clear and straightforward process and pricing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2023 to May 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We used these videos across multiple campaigns, including campaigns run by us and third-party campaigns, which helped generate MQLs. We noticed these measurable outcomes within the first 2–3 months since we used the videos heavily as soon as they were completed.

How did Wyzowl perform from a project management standpoint?

Wyzowl's project management was fantastic. We always knew when to expect deliverables. They were very quick to respond to comments and feedback and did everything they could to ensure our video was done in time for an event where the video would be playing. We communicated via email and comments through their platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was impressive. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with at Wyzowl has been so kind and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to learn your business and ensure they are creating high-quality videos.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only issue I ever had was with their platform. At times, I would submit comments, but they wouldn't post, which would result in delays. Other than that, they were fantastic to work with.
