Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the managing director for Commercial Vehicle Locks. We develop, manufacture, and install devices on commercial vehicles likely to be the target of any sort of attack.

What challenge were you trying to address with WUKMedia?

We wanted to implement cost-effective efforts to improve our visibility and reach a wider audience with our services and products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WUKMedia provided website design services and SEO work for our company. They implemented a digital marketing strategy that moved us to the top of searches based on geography, which has boosted our client outreach. They continue to work on optimizing our marketing campaigns and improving visibility.

We were in touch with a number of companies, but they stood out in terms of approach and advice. In early conversations, I found their thinking was on-point and aligned with what we were looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,000 on the initial website design. The additional costs for maintenance and optimization have been reasonable.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started worked together around 2011 and continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website’s design is universally accepted and runs efficiently. Our customers feel that the interface is accessible and easy to navigate. We are consistently receiving inquiries and connecting with potential clients.

How did WUKMedia perform from a project management standpoint?

I have never had to give them a deadline. When we give them a task, it is usually completed within the next two days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team does thorough research to ensure we are up-to-date on the relevant information, changes, and requirements occurring with governmental bodies. They promptly provide alternative solutions and handle changes or additions immediately.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They offer prime service at a sizable price. We would like the same service with a lower price, but that’s probably asking a bit too much.
